My first time here and I will not return.! I've have had several pedicures and never treated as poorly as here ! They have very poor customer service and treat you badly if you ask any questions. My 7 yr old daughter moved and scuffed her toe nails while drying and they didn't have the courtesy of fixing them so I had too!!?! I paid full price for 2 pedicures which were not not so great of a job and got yelled at and told I was " running my mouth " when I asked if polish was bad/old because it appeared thick and goopy. Stay away from here !!!

I always try and stay local. The sad part is that they do a good job, but could not care less on their 'bedside manner'. This business is extremely unfriendly, basically very rude, with snide comments in other language. Without an appointment is next to impossible . It does not look clean, very messy and cluttered, with the TV blaring bad news. Sorry - I've tried several times; there is only one girl who actually is friendly and smiles. No thank you I am done; it's too stressful to invite this type of energy when having a manicure and paying good money, with a huge sign that says "NO REFUNDS" - what is up with that I wonder?. Happy to drive the extra 10 to Culpeper.

Will NEVER go back. Was asked if I wanted to come back there was a small wait. I decided to wait. An hour later I ask how much longer the woman behind the desk says "that's why I told you it's better if you leave and come back." That is not what she said. Rude AF. Had she said almost 2 hour wait I would not have waited.

Very bad service rude attitudes I've came to this store about 4times today trying to make an appointment and still haven't gotten my nails done since 10 this moring it is 5pm now and I'm still waiting and they wouldn't make me appointment very racist never been treated like this of my many years of getting my nails done
