My white tips are half of my nail. Not the best place. Thick acrylic to the point that once the guy was done with my nails my skin was stuck to the acrylic on the sides still and under my nails. My first visit, I called ahead to find out price and make sure they had time for a pedicure...when I arrived, no one was in front and a gentleman in the back was working on another lady's feet. I waited quite awhile before someone acknowledged my presence, but finally a lady emerged from the back and led me to get my pedicure. As the woman worked in my feet she kept putting her brushes and pumice stone into the water where my feet were! As if that would clean them! Yuck! After my feet were polished, she led me to the dryer and walked off without setting a timer. She then sat down and started scrolling on her cell phone and forgot all about me! I finally had to ask her if she thought I might be dry by now! So...the service sucked, the conditions are unsanitary...but, my pedicure looks good! Very poor pedicure given. I receive pedicures on a bi weekly basis and the attendant I had was very lazy. I paid 30.00 for a deluxe pedi and decided to not do my mani. She barely cut my cuticles,barely scrubbed my feet. I had to ask her to re scrub and re cut my cuticles because they're were sloppily unkept. I had to tell her customarily you don't scrub a dry foot with a dry pumice. Ouch!! No common sense. It seemed as if what I told her was crazy to her! Read Less

Horrible service. They were on the phone and texting the whole time. I changed my pedi color and the Lady painted over the one nail that had the dark color I originally wanted instead of removing it. They barely spoke to me. Will not go again. Read Less

If you enjoy a rude staff, poor customer service, and waiting up to 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time (with no apology) then this is the place for you!  The work is good however if customer service is important to you, then consider somewhere else. Read Less

Having to travel  for work can definitely have it's pros and cons. One huge con is when your nails break and your are across the country from your trusted nail gal!! Well thank goodness for Royal nails! I was at one of our offices and snap.... There flew my beautiful manicured nail. Low and behold there was a nail shop a few doors down. But can they be trusted??? I had to take a chance. I had a big meeting the next day and couldn't present with ghetto nail. Very typical nail shop. Walked in and felt like I was home. Except that I had to warm up from below 20 weather. To make a long story short I loved the results. Very dainty and natural looking. It is nice to know that I have a nail shop to rely on when I am at my home away from home VA. Not only that but they were very quick and the price was reasonable. I am one lucky girl :) Read Less

I was completely disappointed. My nails were wider than my whole finger and as thick as a quarter. It took 2 hours for this wreck and the tech called others to look at my nails and refused to talk to me. I will never go back or recommed them for anything but bad service and a disgraceful job.
