My band came to Norfolk to play the Norva before our trip back home to UK. I found VIP on google search while staying at Hilton. I booked online for pedicure and manicure for me and my drummer. It was hot outside and the girls offered us a perrier upon our arrival. Lots of colours to choose from. We had a ball. Best kept secret in downtown. Nice place, sanitary, professional, clean, orderly, prompt service, tranquil, relaxing, and over all aces! Thank you girls!

I had a wonderful experience!! She put SO much time and effort into my nails and they look incredible. If you think this place is too expensive I'm here to say that it's worth it. The experience is relaxing and I even got a little lotion hand massage after she was done. Would highly recommend!

This nail salon is a haven from others that feature loud music and heavy traffic. Victoria is a professional, the salon is small with relaxing music, and you will be the only customer receiving service during your appointment time. I need a gel coating over my very weak nails, and I also get a pedicure--both services are excellent and well priced. I've successfully turned my husband into one of Victoria's client's, as well. We will never go anywhere else.

My visit was too expensive to be what it was. She didn't even get all of my old nail polish off. I can still see it under my new polish. It was $30 for my pedicure. It's not like she did too much diff...
My visit was too expensive to be what it was. She didn't even get all of my old nail polish off. I can still see it under my new polish. It was $30 for my pedicure. It's not like she did too much different from any other salon. The massage chair wasn't better than the ones at the other salons. I got a gel set for $30 as well. That was okay I guess. It was whatever. On top of all that, she DOESN'T even do designs! I don't ask for much. Little lines or a flower on my big toe and I am happy. She said she does no type of designs at all. I am not going back.

Victoria is a professional, the salon is small with relaxing music, and you will be the only customer receiving service during your appointment time.
