I wish I could give no stars at all. I went in the nail salon about 10 minutes ago 7:46 and I was told I needed to come back tomorrow because they didn't have time to do a fill in when they close at 8:30. Don't know why they couldn't do a simple fill in when they had 40 minutes left. I will not even make an effort to come again. Read Less

The lead nail tech of the shop is ALWAYS rude to me! I wld prefer if one of the other workers do my nails than her. The ONLY reason I hv continued to go back is the convenience of the location being inside my favorite Wal-Mart and because they do good work... but good customer service trumps good work therefore they can consider me as a loss of a customer because I'm NEVER going back unless she leaves!!! Bad service the owner of the shop was doing my nails while her son keep running around so her eyes was everywhere while she's doing my nails she mess up my nails she put the wrong gel Polish I asked for n she mess up the design is asked for but I said it's ok irs design anyway after that I complained to my husband about how unsatisfied I was he said sweetie before pay them u should have saI'd something I said u knw I don't like making things difficult for people n when get home the gel Polish start to wear of when touch my nails all of them was so worth so the next day I go back there so she can fix it everybody that came after me she took all of them before me so I had to keep on talking with her she didn't care she makes spent 2 hours before she finally fix only one of them I will never go back there again cus I work to hard for my money Read Less

The child the owner has is definitely NOT bratty. He comes with her because he is not yet in school, and she works 7 days a week. I will no longer let the guys here do my nails because they simply aren't as attentive as the owner... I will say I've watched them openly let people skip over me in line which irritates me... and it's always a stupidly long wait. The shop needs more workers or it probably won't last much longer. I went in today for a mani, pedi & to get my eyebrows done. I was attended to by a woman that works there. First thing she did was my eyebrows. She left them a little thinner than I was expecting but that's my bad for not communicating with her and letting her know what I did and didn't want. I still like them though! She gave them an arch.Next was my mani & pedi. I got my nails all white & coffin styled. (Coffin style is extra btw) She did a great job! I was skeptical at first because of how cheap it is there but they are awesome! My pedicure turned out amazing as well! Overall I am very pleased and will be returning! Lee-Lee does GREAT eyebrows! As a college student, Regal Nails offers affordable pricing that does not break my bank account or give me buyers' remorse! I don't know what eyebrow waxing academy Lee-Lee attended, but I am telling you that by the time you are ready to cry, the entire experience is over. This woman moves fast, swift, quick and everything in between! If you are someone that does not like a long and drawn-out waxing experience, please make Lee-Lee a part of your life! However, please be aware that Regal Nails only accepts cash for eyebrow waxing. Due to the fact that the service is only $8, that may be why. I believe the minimum for credit/debit card payment acceptance is $10 or so, but I would call and ask for specifics! Read Less

I had 2 hours to waste so I went in for a pedicure -- $20.  He broke out the blade to remove the calluses I've obtained over deployment...which is surprising because a lot of salons don't use them anymore. Liability issues, who knows. But I was grateful. Feet feel great and the polish work too. Great way to kill time.  The guy who worked on my feet was very nice. Read Less

Worst salon experience in years, giving them one star seems too generous. I understand there may be a language barrier at most salons, but that is NO reason to give me something other than what I asked for and try to charge me double... my nails weren't even close to being even, my right hand is MUCH longer than my left. They are a bare minimum shop with outrageous prices. I was prepared to spend another $70 for a pedicure but not with these scam artists... I'll take my business elsewhere thank you! Read Less

This is your generic nail salon that can be found in strip malls. I started going here when this Walmart first opened and it was great. The people were friendly and did a great job. Over the last couple of years the service has deteriorated. For example, they paint the polish on so quick sometimes that once you get home you notice bubbles appearing in the paint. Or even better, asking them to not be so rough filling your artificial nails, only to have them continue to rough handle you.Overall, they want you in and out as fast as possible.
