Don't go here! I had a horrible first experience. if I could give them no stars I would. They tried to charge me the full price for doing half the job. & then when I asked the lady to do my nails correctly she starts yelling at me as if I was asking to much.... but seemingly took my $65 before hand... that wasn't too much 😶. My initiative was to relax after a long day of work. The biggest mistake I made to do so was visiting this place! I left this place feeling very sad & dissapointed 😥. I don't recommend this place anyone... not if you want to relax & enjoy good customer service. When the lady called herself being done.... my nails looked 2 weeks old, & she was getting ready to just slap a jel nail coating on top of it. I have pictures. Horrible. I've never been yelled at for requesting proper service that I already paid for 💁. It doesn't end there.... then the lady starts yelling in her language & even talking about me to customers🙅🙆🙆🙆 . Absolutely the worst customer service and unprofessional! Nothing spa like about this place. I went for a simple color change that was supposed to cost $20.00. They tried to charge for EVERYTHING which would have made my total at least $10 more. The owner kept insisting on putting glue on a cracked nail but I wanted it filed down. (That speck of superglue never holds a nail down) She said there would be a charge for the one nail to be filed. I asked to file it myself. That's when the old man with the raggedy teeth started loud talking and telling me I couldn't file my nail in the shop. So I said I would pay for the color change up front and then go to my car and file my own nail. He continued loud talking me and saying if someone else came in while I was outside the door (my car was parked in front of their door) filing my nail that he wpuld make me wait if i came back in. I came back in within a minute. Then the woman finished polishing my nails but only put 1 coat on them. She told me because I was on the phone I didn't see her put the second coat on. I watched her and know that she only put one coat on. My nails are still white at the tip and I have red polish. When she finished she said nothing, she got up and called the next person. She even told me I was lucky that she was doing my nails. I didn't argue or loud talk them, I simply walked out and will never return. I am warning you that they are the worst. Go to LA nails across street in the farm fresh plaza(149 w ocean view ask for Tim of you go on Friday) LA Nails were professional, courteous even provided a water for patrons. There is nothing spa like about this nails spa business. They don't even have water for patrons. Oh yeah, while I went outside to file my nail the old man threw my water away! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I went in today to have my thumb nail extension reapplied. When I asked “Lisa” the manager to smooth out the side, she says, “ I’ve been doing for a long time and you don’t need to worry”. First of all I was polite about asking which I see nothing wrong with doing so considering they’re my nails so I will worried about it. Secondly, she continued to argue that she knows what she’s doing, implied that I go somewhere else until finally I told her that I’m not arguing with her and if she has a problem with a customer asking for quality service then she shouldn’t be in the business of making people happy. She did not even out the side, my nail is too thick and has a noticeable dent on the top.. therefore, I beg to differ on her knowing what she’s doing! She was totally unprofessional and very rude! Went here to get my gel nails removed and they did not tell me that they had a minimum credit card charge of $10 before taking my nails off. So I ended up getting charge $10 because I didn't have cash on me. Poor customer service and communication. Do not recommend. Read Less

Lisa is brash, but is the best one in the salon. I will leave if she isn't there when I come. It's not uncommon for me to get waxing, mani, pedi, and pedi for my daughter too. Had my very first manicure ever tonight and Christine made it a lovely experience. I felt welcomed the second I walked in the door & she was very easy to chat to (which is rare for me, I'm usually quite uncomfortable around new people) The manicure experience was great. Super disappointed by the service I received. My toes were done well and I really liked those, but my acrylics were done horribly. The man who did them left my cuticles a mess and they look grown out already. He didn't use a top or bottom coat when doing my nails either. They don't even have that great of a color selection. This is my new nail salon as of late. There is a young man there who fixed the shape of my coffin nails i had done in another shop and he is the best!!! He's done two of fills since then. He's fast, polite and very accurate. The owner lady is always nice and speaks. I can't wait to get my feet done there as well. The price for a gel fill is 30 which is a bit expensive but I don't complain cause the young man does a very good job and i always get compliments on my nails. My new favorite place! Read Less

They were really pushy towards me and my friend. They didn't give me time to make a decision or even read their menu to see what kinds of massages they offered. They do your nails at the same time they're doing your feet!🤦At what point does the relaxation come in? Their prices are pretty high to me as well. Example: A regular pedicure is $25.00. By far the worst nail salon I have ever been to!  I had 2 nails chip within 24 hours. When I went back to have them fixed I was told it was my fault and they would not repair them. I have had my nails done for years and in all that time I have never had one nail chip and crack like these. I was talked to rudely and treated like a liar. I love this shop! It's close to my home in Willoughby and Lisa is always there.  I hope she gets a break once in awhile - because anytime my schedule is free for me to handle my pretty-ness business, she's there and smiling at me.  Asking how I am, how work is.... yes, her English is limited, but she does make conversation with me and she's super nice.I also love her work.  I get my eyebrows done with her as well as my gel manicure.  I don't do acrylic stuff ... I was blessed with decent nail beds and when I go in for a manicure, it looks awesome, thanks to Lisa.  She's fast and does great work.  Once in awhile, she will have the young man do my nails - he's a teenager I think - sorry I don't know his name - but he's pretty good.  This shop isn't fancy - but it gets the job done. I haven't had any problems with cleanliness or sanitary issues at all.  There is another shop nearby that's a fancier spa type place...but they are so slow and don't do gel on toes.  I like quick, efficient work that's done right and this place has it on lock.I've had a pedicure here too - I just usually can't afford the whole kit and caboodle so usually I am I am in to get these caterpillars waxed off and my nails done.  Speaking of which... Prices are super affordable for basic nail care- just what I was looking for! Got a mani/pedi by Courtney who was very friendly and did a great job on my nails. I've gone to Lisa for a couple years now. She does a great job on my eyebrows, but be sure to tell her exactly how you want them! I always say I want them to still be full and slightly sculpted, I've never come away with thin or bald brows. Lisa has always done my French tips but recently she's started having her son finish the clear acrylic, he's definitely not as skilled so beware and don't be afraid to say no I'd rather you finish them. I have been to many places like this but this has been the best so far. I got a spa pedicure, manicure, and my eyebrows waxed and I have no complaints at all. The 1st spa pedicure I got was the lavender and it was so relaxing the second one I got was mandarin and my feet and legs were so soft. They also have a pearl spa pedicure which I have not tried yet but plan on it next time I go back. The massage that is given is INCREDIBLE they take their time and hit every spot that you need done I tipped 3 times more just because of this. My eyebrows were waxed perfectly and my manicure was perfect as well she took her time to get rid of all my cuticles that were tthere.oh and the prices were not expensive at all.
