Today was my second time going in and I will never return. They are capable of doing decent designs but they are totally and completely inconsistent with pricing and will scam you if you give them the chance. I went right before Easter and got a fill and a design on all 10 of my fingers and spent $60. Today I went in to get a fill and a design on One finger and it was going to be $42 which I was OK with that I decided that I wanted to do a design on two fingers and the price jumped from $42-$60 I asked her why it was such a big jump for one more finger and she says because they charge for design not per finger so I say OK so if I got all 10 fingers it would be the same price she says no because we charge per finger I said well that was just totally contradicting. I let them do the Phil and the regular polish and I wanna go back I feel that there is other nail salons in the area that do just as good work that are far more honest. Read Less

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. This is my second time coming here. They open at 9 am and the first time I came I was outside waiting till 9:15ish for someone to come open. The second time I went they had horrible customer service. They had me waiting over an hour and a half. I was there before a few people and I was the last one seated and once I did get seated the same lady that was starting on my nails was working on two others peoples nails at the same time. After having me wait that long it was closing time she told me I couldn’t get my pedi even though me and a group of friends had been there since 5:50pm (they close at 8:30pm) After agreeing to give me a pedi she told me she would do it but wouldn’t let dry my nails because it was “too late” sure enough she didn’t let me dry my nails. Did a sloppy job on my nails. The lady forgot to paint the other half of my thumb. My fingers were all cracked around, I don’t recommend to anyone! Last time I will ever spend my money here. I spent $172 at this place, I had my nails and feet done, and my brows and lashes. They charged me $20 for two finger with nail art, I only want two rhinestones. Also, they charge extra for removing caluses and ingrowns. I paid $32 for my lashes, they fell off the next day!! I went back to try to get them repaired, and the owner told me I would have to pay $25. She had no sympathy that the work provided in her shop was not good work. She offer no free repair or to give me my money back. She smiled in my face instead. This place will never get my money again. The location is convenient and easy to access but it was too busy. The quality of the manicure left excess gel polish hardened on the side of my nail beds. I don't recommend this place unless you're ok on paying mid prices for low quality service. Read Less

Best manicure and pedicure I've ever gotten. Me and the girl that did my nails were talking the whole time and she told me towards the end she was still in highschool and is easily the best work I've gotten even after going to nail studios With women who have been doing nails for years! I wish I had gotten her name but she was super sweet and did an amazing job! I've never tipped more than a couple bucks for nails and have been half the time disappointed with the after result but I was very impressed and she got a 10$ tip. I always get my eyelashes done here and they're usually amazing, although this time round when I had them done over half of them had fallen out within the first week. I contacted them and they said it would be $25 to have them fixed which I told them I wasn't happy paying and I never heard a reply back. It wasn't the first horrible experience at this nail salon. Actually this my third. First of all, she had me pre pay which is very strange. Do not waste your money here. I went in today for a nail fill and toe paint to match with my own nail polish which I purchased and brought in. I asked for a duplicate French style which I came in with and I didn't like the way they did it so the owner said I needed to pay an additional $10.00 to repaint after I said I was not happy with the original French paint job. Customer service was great. Unfortunately they asked me to come in early which resulted in the lady rushing to do my eyelashes as another client was waiting. Had a broken toenail and they made it look like it was never broken. My family and i got pedicures with designs and they were beautiful and very good at the eyebrow waxing my mother got. The hot stone spa pedicure was absolutely amazing. We will definitely go back. Read Less

If you want to be scammed out of your money this is the place to go! I went in to get 2 pedicures, one for me and one for my husband. The lady who greeted us is the one who sat us down and got our nail techs over to us, so i guess its her shop. Mind you this is my first time here and i never specified any type of pedicure and the lady didnt tell me that there were categories of pedicures. My nail tech Stacy did an absolutely phenomenal job on my feet, i wanted to make her my permanent nail tech. My husband enjoyed his pedi as well, but when we were done our total came out to $90. I was so confused because their board said pedicures were $25 with NO OTHER SPECIFICATIONS on different types of pedicures. Thinking i would only be paying $50 for 2 pedicures, i ended up paying $75 because men's pedicures are $50 alone, supposedly, even though that was never specified before having our services. Then the lady who greeted us tried to explain and when she saw i wasnt having it she got rude and lowered the price to $75 then had the audacity to tell me "i hope i never see you in my shop again". Have enjoyed massages/nails here before, and not generally one to leave anything but positive reviews, so this is experience specific. Unfortunately came the other day and paid for a special 70 minute massage (hot and cold selected over regular massage). Was given a standard and satisfactory massage, but one that only lasted just shy of 50 minutes. Again, at this point I just sent a text to say I was disappointed so they could feed it back to masseuse. Still not kicking up... a stink. But then I got a call to tell me I was wrong and that it definitely was 70 minutes. Tried to explain that not only was it 50 minutes, but that I got called in 25 minutes after my appointment was due to start, and not given the paid for treatment. Just got told I was wrong again and a reluctant offer to extend my time if I came in for another massage. I WOULD have come back, I've had good treatments there. Visiting From out of town bored,  so I decided to glam up a little and get my nails done. Found this place nearby. Upon arrival I see that the place is clean, cute setup too. Only two customers at 5pm? Okay I not from here so wasn't sure if meant anything. (It matters big time especially on a Friday ). I waited fifteen minutes before being helped by the person who was just sitting down when I walked in but when I said the service I wanted she pretended to be busy. 15 mins later she sits me down and shows me a picture of nail shapes and told me to point to the one I want. Huh? I'm not entirely sure she knew that she was doing never cleaned under the nail . My nails really VERY thin and look like rite aide press ons. For $40 I thought I'd at least have a full set worth looking at. Had to go to a different shop to get my nails fixed. No design no gel not long basic full set. Very disturbing how when trying to tell the tech how I'd like my nails she's nodding as if she understands and does the total opposite. Also I wasn't greeted on the way in. I have been to almost every single nail salon in norfolk looking for a place that, at this point, is even half way decent. I don't know if I've just been lucky enough to have gone to the worst of the worst before nail pro or if they were just that amazing on their own. It was everything I want a nail salon to be without breaking my wallet. They have menus with all their services!!! They post accurate prices, they give you an itemized receipt and don't over charge you for using a credit card. Yesterday, I had the $40 spa pedicure and it was BY FAR the best pedicure I've had. The hot rocks and paraffin treatment made it a huge step above what I've sat through before. Next I got a $30 shellac fill and for $10 extra I had her reshape my nails because they had been so poorly filed prior. I went from square to round and they are BEAUTIFUL. I'm so happy with the set up, the polish selection, the cleanliness, the friendliness, and the final outcome. I will DEFINITELY recommend. Read Less

WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN HERE AGAIN!!!! I walked in to see if they had time to do a quick fill, no painting required and they said to give them a minute. There was only ONE customer there besides me and the 2 workers (one was the manager) there were both working on her. 10 minutes later I get seated by the manager and someone else walks in and the manager says, Can you wait 15 minutes so I can take her. Okay so this place would have got ZERO stars but since you can't do that I had to give them one. Let me explain. I'm from NY and have been doing my nails for years I recently moved to norfolk and a friend recommended me to this place. (Which after my second experience I told her how could you even recommend me here)First time going the lady just rushed everything, the second time going was just a brutal nightmare. I went to get a fill-in I asked her "please keep the shape of my nails" she did the total opposite, and then cut me with the nail filer, yes with the nail filer! She literally filed so hard she ripped my skin off. THEN, she puts some type of glue on the cut because it wouldn't stop bleeding! and when I asked her what it was she wouldn't tell me it honestly felt like crazy glue. My nails are all uneven and the shape is just ruined. I will NEVER EVER go back here and I do not recommend you should! Find a place that they no how to do there job correctly! I dont know the name of the lady that did mine but she hurted the sides of my nails the whole time she was trying to buffer the shellac manicure! and it was exactly the opposite of what i wanted. the gel was thick, it was uneven on my nails and if u want a french tip they make the white tip half of your nail. I guess it depends who does the nails but that was my 2nd time and I'd be stupid to try it the 3rd time. $45 for a crappy shellac manicure. Read Less

I have no idea why people gave this place 4 stars this place is pretty to look at and thats it. I gave them 3 chances and that was 3times to many. First time I went their was to get my eyebrows wax, they left a bunch of hair, poor work. I went back again because we had an event and forgot to take my daughter to get her eyebrows wax so since its 2 min away we went there that way we get back in car and continue to event. I told them not to arch them and my daughter also told me she told the lady when they went to the back the lady told her she knows already and arch them anyway I was so upset,we didn't leave a tip.Last draw I went to get shellac on for the first time, and just told myself never my eyebrows again well they had lots of color which I was happy about then the lady tells me to dip my hands in the parafin, I was like cool I assumed it came with service since she didn't ask come to find out with recipet that it was an extra $7. I was highly upset and told the 2 ladies there that if it was an exrtra fee that why didn't she ask me if I would of like it and I would of ask how much. She just told me to do it so I thought it was included with the service. The lady then ask like she doesn't understand my english. I did pay for it and I also told the lady well their goes your tip.
