I have been to this place many times and was happy with quality of service. BUT I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!If you had simply been honest and not so greedy from the beginning and said, we have nothing immediately available, but have an opening an 1 hr from now, even 2 hrs from now, I live 5 minutes away. I may have stayed or left and came back. Or even, to say we have nothing today, I would have come back. BUT TO BE SO GREEDY AND THEN IGNORE ME AFTER YOU SEAT ME AND START MY PEDI AND THEN LEAVE ME HANGING FOR OVER 1/2 Hour...NOT COOL!!! MY TIME IS VALUABLE TO ME.(see the rest of my story below) AND, I am not the only customer to complain about having the skin filed off their toes. Obviously you don't read your reviews, if you did you wouldn't expect this mistake to be repeated. Readers of this review, go read the Google reviews, too! There are complaints about scheduled appts and over charges, as well as other stories similar to mine. I have enjoyed your salon and several of the technicians do a great job, but your greed and poor customer service on this occasion discounts all of this for me --- I will not be back and, if asked, I will highly recommend for people to go else where! I went in and had never seen it so busy. I asked for a pedi and did not have an appointment. I was surprised when the receptionist told me it would be 15 minutes. I was ready to wait or leave and come back, but, wow, 25 minutes, great!!!No, not so great!!! I was put in a chair, and waited a little bit while I soaked, not so bad. After a bit, someone started on my feet. I had asked for one of the deluxe packages. The guy did my cuticles and such, but using the square file, file more of skin on my other toes than nails. I got a short massage, lotion and hot towels, but before he could finish, he left to do a scheduled message - ok, the other person had an appointment and I had my hot towels and he had said someone be back to finish my deluxe pedi. Well, I just started playing on my phone. Other people came in, some with appts, others without and two others were seated for pedis - so 4 total (one person was seated before me). Well, now 20-30 minutes later my towels were cold and no one was finishing the work. So I asked if anyone was available to finish, a few minutes. Ok, I waited a little longer and then eventually took the towels off, finally service...someone came over and said, sorry, blah blah blah, we will get you service and what could they do? I explained all I wanted at that point was my nails painted, forget the message. They said they could do that, at a discount. I wasn't paying for a deluxe pedi package, if all I got was a basic pedi and left to sit for much longer than I should have. Of course, I replied, I was not paying full price at this point! Then he indicated I would still have to wait for one of the other technicians to finish. I explained, I was unwilling to wait any longer and suddenly the person talking to me (I should say whispering, b/c he didn't want all of the other clients to know what was being said, I saw no need to whisper, - but they all knew what was going on). I asked to see the answer, if the people getting pedis had appts, I was sitting there for over 1/2 hr, saw and heard as each person came in and was asked if they had appts, so I knew the answer, but as expected, they lied and said the others all had appts. I was fed up and was preparing to leave. Suddenly, the person talking to me and previously unavailable was now immediately available to do my nails. Well, if wasn't available 5 seconds ago, he really wasn't that interested in really keeping my business. I had a headache, needed to eat and take my medications. Screw the discount, screw the paint job, screw any of my future business, and I got up walked out without paying. Not only did you loose my business, but my friends as well.
