Great salon ! I don’t go to get my nails done very often so I never know where to go. Looked this up in google and had decent reviews. I got the Milk and Honey spa pedicure and my daughter got the kids mani and pedi. Reasonably priced. My daughters nail tech was Jasmine. I'm just going to say my experience with this place has absolutely been nunthin but horrible!!!! With in the first six hrs of getting my fill (on a Friday) one nail had already broke by that Sunday three had broke two of them back to back... called them immediately they said to come in I did and they told me I had to pay for two repairs and one was free. Money wasn't the issue it's the principle my nails shouldn't have been breaking like that already. Not to mention the "ombre" was screwed from the start which I overlooked initially because I could paint over it and design it my self. Where do I even start... went to get my nails done exactly one week ago (gel manicure) and it only took two days for my nails start chipping, went to get it fixed that same week and the same thing happened AGAIN. THIRD time I came back I explained to a lady that works there what had happened and not only was she HORRIBLY RUDE, but she refused to re-do my nails, it was only after a 10 min argument that a really nice nail tech (Myra) fixed ALL my nails and did an amazing job. I’ve NEVER received such horrible customer service from a nail place in my life and I would strongly advice to save your money and time and go some place else. DO NOT GO HERE FOR WAXING !!!!!!! the owner literally waxed offf my THICK spanish brows !!literally made them pencil thin when all i asked for was a clean up underneath . she tried to tell me it's because my eyebrows were too thin . no honey , you MADE THEM THIN . i cried & she didn't seem to care as long as she got her money . she just wanted me out the door bc other people were waiting & i guess they are short staffed .the only person i will go to there is Yasmin . she's the best . . . she just happen to be off that day so i thought the owner , being someone who's been waxing & doing nails for years , i thought she'd know what she was doing . This was my first time coming to this nail salon. I was thoroughly disappointed and will not be returning. The lady who did my pedicure did a half a** job. My toenails were crooked, feet were rough, and when my toes touched, she just painted over the clumped smudge to 'fix' it. My SNS manicure has not even lasted a week before chipping. I asked for a cuticle trim as well, which I paid extra for, and the owner cut them without any kind of lotion or oil which is extremely uncomfortable. The edges of my nails were not painted and dipped properly in the powder so the layer is thin/nonexistent. Not to mention she buffed my nails so hard my thumb started bleeding; she didn't even acknowledge it. For the amount of money I spent here, I really expected better quality of service. Read Less

So disappointed with this spa. I got my nails done chrome back home and loved them so much I was on the search to get a new color and a fill. I called ahead of time to make sure that they did them. First of all when he was using the machine to shave off the old color he got my real nail back by my nail bed and it rubbed so hard it was burning. Did that about 3 times, then he let go of my finer and it rubbed all on my thumb while still rotating. Then my fill wasn't even all the way to the cuticle, so it looks like I've had it done for two weeks and need another fill already and then the chrome turned out so so bad. I honestly didn't even want to pay for the service. He was using the tool to put the gold chrome on and his own nail was scratching the chrome off and he just put top coat on it and sent me on my way. I went to get my acrylic soaked off my nails and a simple manicure. The service was $25. When it was time to pay, there was an error that prevented the transaction from going through. Immediately, the man who did my nails told me I didn't have money on my card. I laughed it off thinking he was just kidding, but he had a straight look on his face. At that time, the owner asked if I would go to the ATM. I declined. Another man who works there came to the register and advised that there was a chip reader error due to lack of Internet service forcing her to call and rectify the issue. She called the service provider; however after 15 minutes they were still unable to take the payment. At that time, I offered to go to the ATM. The owner asked me to leave something I guess to ensure that I came back; however, this was an issue that THEY were having. The fact that I was going to the ATM was to help them because at the end of the day I did what I was supposed to do. It is not my responsibility to make an extra effort to pay you because you don't have a back up plan if your credit card machine isn't working. When I walked out of the shop to head to the ATM, the man who had done my nails chased me down to take a picture of my license plate. I understand that they want to be paid, however I had a good experience and would have returned regardless of the machine error at the end of the evening, but all this for $25?!! Upon my return, I still tipped the man $5 and informed him that all he'd done was unnecessary. He proceeded to shoo me out at the store as though I had done something wrong. In my opinion, it was a very stereotypically racist experience and just plain rude to have to deal with such disrespect. Never again. Read Less

My sister and I went here about two weeks ago on a Sunday. It wasn't very busy, they lady asked if she could help us when we walked in and I said we need two full sets. She told us pick out a color and told us where to sit. The owner named Anne did my nails and I think it is her daughter who did my sisters nails. The lady doing my nails got up three different times and went in the back. Not to get supplies but because she was eating!! It took her about 49 minutes total to do my nails including the time she spent in the back. She did a crappy job like she was in a hurry. I took the nails off about two days later because they were so bad !! The young girl that did my sisters nails cut her, several of her nails were cut slanted and two of her nails were crooked! Worst nail experience! One nail tech handed the clippers she used on me to the tech next to her! It was busy and the techs sister from another salon came in and did my daughters nails. She did not work there and had no license to practice displayed. This  appeared to be an issue as the male in charge and the tech doing my nails began to argue. The tech doing my nails was distracted speaking to her sister, watching the front arguing with the male. My nails are all crooked and have jagged edges. She empty the water and sprayed down the tub. Because of her inattentiveness she sprayed me down with water. Tried to hang in there hoping for improvement. The the basin began to leak. Pointed that out to the tech who cleaned it up. Then returned to finish my nails. I asked her to wash her hands as she had just mopped up the floor using those same hands. That seemed to be as issue as the chatter between he and the sister become heated. Needless to say this was the end of my pedi. Was expected to pay for the less than stellar service. I was on the hunt for a decent nail salon in the Norfolk area & was pleasantly surprised by Lee's. I've been to several & it always seem like space is limited & you always have to wait but Lee's was HUGE. It's really the most spacious nail salon I've been in. They seemed more than adequately staffed so  that along with all the booths & pedicure stations; I'm sure they should never have a wait ... & if they do, it wouldn't be too long. They're fairly new so everything was still clean so they have been maintaining the store really well. Everyone was friendly & welcoming. Service my Thomas was top notch ... his free spirit really made my day lol. I left beyond satisfied, being that I could get in & out quickly & receive good quality nail treatments for a beyond reasonable price. The only thing I wished they had was a wider variety of O.P.I., Essie, or China Glaze polishes ... honestly, the rest just chips off after a couple days so I prefer those brands; but I'll just bring my own polish next time :)Overall a great nail salon that you could consider being a regular there.
