Honestly this was the best experience I've ever had at a nail shop. The man was so nice and he listened to all my needs because I am so OCD over my nails. Then he massaged my hands with lotion and a hot rag after and I've honestly never felt so much love in my life.

Forever Nail and Spa does a really good job when it comes to their services. Recently I went there with my sister and friend on my birthday for a little spa day, everything was going great. They were busy but they were staying on top of their customers and making sure that people were serviced in the order they came in. While I was getting my nails done the nail tech keep mentioning that I shouldn't use my debit card to pay for my nails but instead use the atm that they have in their shop and pull out cash because "he loves the money" his words not mine. He even told my sister and friend the same thing. He mentioned it three or four times. He was pressuring me to use their atm. When my friend went to pay for her service the lady got rude with her because she didn't want to use their atm and would prefer to pay with her card. The lady was just mean and rude and gave a lot of attitude. If the people at the Forever Nail and Spa don't want to take credit/debit card payments then they don't need to offer it as a form of payment. When asked why they are pushing cash so much she said it was because they get charged for each one. In my opinion that isn't on the customer its on the business. They run a business so that means that they should take responsibility for every bill, charge, or fine. They should stop pressuring the customer to do something just because it benefits them.

This is actually a nail spa and not a nail shop. They take care of your hands and nails. They are very friendly and welcoming. They are more expensive ($$$) but they also have a rewards program for your faithfulness. I am very close to getting a free eye brow wax. They offer you water. I recommend this business. This was my second visit and I got the exact same experience as my first. When you find something good you don't pass it up.

I have only had an amazing experience at this salon. I have tried many other salons and the consistency always fell short. Michelle is a pro! Even at their busiest times in the salon she makes sure you leave feeling beautifully satisfied with your service. She does NOT rush her work and goes above and beyond when asked to match a color or design.

I was moving from Pittsburgh to Norfolk in a month and was starting to worry about where I was going to get my nails and eyebrows done. I've only ever had them done at the same place at home for years. You grow to trust that salon and are weary about finding a new place.I was brought here by a friend for a pedicure while visiting a month before I moved down and I really enjoyed myself. I then decided to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. A pedicure is ok, but for me trusting someone new with your brows can be terrifying. They ended up looking AMAZINGSuddenly, I knew that this was going to be my new nail and brow place. My salon away from home. Andrew and Michelle have done my nails and they have started getting stronger and they always look great. They aim to please and make sure that you are VERY happy.I haven't had a bad experience here ever. My nails and toes always look great and last forever. I always get compliments on my brows and they always look good. So I am very pleased with my brow wax and tints.So thankful that my friend brought me here!

Sitting at the terminal with half a nail missing and no way to fix it in time. I don't think I'll come back. Seems as if it is cheaper to get my nails done in California. They'll certainly last longer...

This place has changed a bit fundamentally since the new owners have taken over in the past year. There is much more of a focus on doing a rush job and they constantly try to get you to get your nails...
This place has changed a bit fundamentally since the new owners have taken over in the past year. There is much more of a focus on doing a rush job and they constantly try to get you to get your nails done while still in the pedicure chair- even at the expense of doing a good job on nails. Literally every time I tell them I want to do my nails after my pedicure so I can relax and enjoy both they try to sell the concurrent manicure. There is only 1 person that works there anymore that I let touch my nails after some bad experiences with an over aggressive file and a couple crappy shellac jobs, but she is usually too busy to do my nails. You can get a solid pedicure here from anyone but the focus is on fast fast fast and cheap rather than the quality they used to have here. The only reason I keep coming back is because I'm too lazy to find another new location.

Came in for a mani-pedi, was put in a chair for a pedicure and left to wait in cold water w/o any communication for 45 minutes. (No one said it would be a long wait, no one said they'd be with me soon.) Pedicurist did not offer me toe separators and I had to request them before the polish was applied. I was not accompanied to the front of the store or directed to the drying area. I turned on my own foot dryer, decided not to attempt a manicure, and I will not return.

I am new to the area and I am happy to find a clean, upscale nail salon, with affordable and reasonable prices. I enjoyed the salons ambiance and the staff. I got my gel tips filled with a French design...There are hundreds of gel polish colors to choose from but I am just starting a job and want to keep it simple! The only thing is, since it wasn't busy, all the employees crowded over me and made me feel uncomfortable. I went to the nail salon to relax, not feel clusterphobic.

Formerly Serenity Spa, now under new ownership but same great service! Love this place. Everyone is always nice, friendly, and greets you when you walk in. They seem to be staffed well... five of us walked in and didn't wait long for our pedis\manis. I have had pedis, manis, eye brow waxing by multiple staff with never any problems. Very quick and efficient. The rewards program is awesome as well!

I just moved to Virginia and was in need of a nail salon. I found this place on yelp and decided to give it a try. Let me say, I am in LOVE! Michelle did my manicure and Mimi did my OPI Pedicure. The ambiance is heavenly and their attention to detail is spectacular. I'm not even going to speak about the hot stone massage that came with the pedicure! This is definitely my new home!

One time it was IN my nail and I ended up getting an ingrown fingernail that became VERY painful and had pus in it that I had to go get drained and treated. DO NOT GO HERE.

My phone was dying at the time so I couldn't take any photos, but overall the experience here was absolutely nice. Completes my first and many many times coming here.

Forever Nail & Spa is the best in Norfolk! I have such a hard time finding someone to do my nails the way I like because my nails grow so fast and my nail bed is so short but Michelle does an amazing job! She has been doing my nails for about 6 months and I am never unpleased!

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to in my life! I come here every two weeks religiously. The girls here always do a phenomenal, stand up job. I wish there was a forever nail spa in every city I ever lived in. This is one of the best things about Norfolk!

Went for a manicure and they cut me not once but TWICE with the cuticle nail cutter thing, and they did not offer to pay for my manicure or anything and barely spoke English. One time it was IN my nail and I ended up getting an ingrown fingernail that became VERY painful and had pus in it that I had to go get drained and treated. DO NOT GO HERE.

I came to VA to visit family and I found this spa! I took my mom here for a mother-daughter spa day. Awesome service!!! I did the Dead Sea package and my mom had the Herbal package. Both great! So relaxing. Mimi did an awesome job with my mom's pedicure and massaging. Definitely recommend!

GREAT place!!! The owner and the staffs are super nice! I tried one of the pedicure packages, the older lady did a very nice job. The guy, I also forgot his name, did my manicure. My phone was dying at the time so I couldn't take any photos, but overall the experience here was absolutely nice. Completes my first and many many times coming here.

Forever nails has always taken great care of my nails! Michelle has been doing my nails for about 8 months now and I'm so happy every time I leave the store! Every one is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean! I would highly recommend this nail spa.
