I went in for a fill and color change. It took over 1 1/2 hours and they're still messed up. The lady had to go over 3x to fix the shape and refile and apply more acrylic. And now the nails are chunky and the color is not a good oval bear the cuticles or around the finger beds. Pictures below are how I left the shop. I was in better shape when I first came in. Don't get a pedicure from the older lady who sits on the right closet to the wall. She wears glasses, I got a pedicure from her and she cut a part of toenail and tried to glue it back down. Crystal nails does amazing nails my first time going there they fleeked my nails and every time I go there they do awesome job ( the girls do them better) I recommend crystal nails to all And everybody... sometimes this one lady has an attitude but on those days I request for someone else but yesterday I went there and they did an amazing job on my holographic nails (check out The pic) Read Less

My acrylic set is uneven, there is acrylic all over my fingers, and the tips that were put on my nails are all too small or too big for my actual nail. The paint job is not what I wanted, even after I showed him a photo of exactly what I wanted, and he made me bleed 3 times. Never going back. Read Less

I went in to get a gold acrylic French tip, and it's aweful. I have nail Polish all over my hands and all over my nails. On my left hand the gold comes almost half way down my nails which I asked not once not twice but at least four times for the women to fix. I also asked if she could clean up the gold that was on the rest of my nail so it would be just the gold tip like I asked for. She ignored me. My pinky nail on my right hand is chipped. On top of all of that in the middle of this women doing my nails she gets up and starts doing someone's feet. No brb or excuse me, nothing and when she comes back she doesn't even wash her hands. Talk about gross. I should have asked for my money back. And not have tipped. And I'm not like that ever, I'm just so outraged by the whole thing! I will not be going back there ever ! Read Less

I went here on two occasions to have my eyebrows waxed. The first time a guy did them and I was pretty satisfied. But the second time I went I was not at all pleased with the lady who did them. One eyebrow was much thinner than the other and had a higher arch. And she did not clean up all the stray hairs. I don't think I'll be returning. Read Less

The disappointment was real here. The lady who did my nails first of all had trouble shaping my nails the way I tried to explain to her that I like them so I ventually I got tired trying to explain to her and lo and behold I ended up with the few slanted nails and one completely different shape from the rest, as well as the nail polish job she did she laid it on thick. I was very unhappy with my nails and couldn't wait to get them redone by somebody I know could do a good job. Read Less

Nice staff, but poorly trained. My best friend and I went and did the Spa pedicure the pedicure itself was great my feet are super soft but the finishing touches are a mess. My toenails are misshapen and they didn't even paint the whole nail! Read Less
