I went there today for the first time and I have to say it was one of the worse experiences I've ever had . The man who did my feet did not ask me what pedicure I wanted until he drained the water and by then it was to late I told him I wanted the deluxe and he proceeded to give me a regular pedicure. When he scrubbed my feet I saw him put lotion on my feet instead of using calus remover when I asked him of he could scrub my feet a little bit better he looked at me like i was crazy for asking this. He didn't know how to do Gel nail polish so the younger lady came and painted my nails and she did a good job. When he gave me a manicure he scrubbed my nails so much that now they are thin and weak I asked him to cut them fown and he did not get more then 2 nails the same length he put lotion and cuticle softener on my hand before telling me to wash my hands I highly doubt that he had a license my nails look worse then they did when I got there. GO TO THE NEXT SHOPPING CENTER OVER! This was the worst place I think I’ve ever gotten my nails done at. The guy literally said two words to me the entire time I sat there, didn’t acknowledge the fact that I asked for square tips and proceeded to give me roundish uneven tips. Didn’t let me wash my hands so my polish is super bumpy from the dust and non of my nails lengths are even. I’m beyond frittatas that I just paid $32 for a fill and experienced the worst customer service of my life. If he wasn’t on the phone the ENTIRE time I was sitting there, maybe I would’ve been able to communicate with him a little more. Never returning. Read Less

Been there twice, lady that appears to run the place did a good job. Next time was a man that did a terrible job. I walked in and wanted to make an appointment with her again and she acted like I was a disturbance vs. a paying customer! Won't go back. Read Less

Tore 3 of my fingernails. Tried to fix it, mixed up the color i wanted and put a coat of sparkles under a nude color. Worst experience ever. Ill be adding a photo... Please, don't go here. You'll walk out disappointed or even angry... Like me. Read Less

Service took too long because the lady who was working on my nails at first knew how to do the pink fill but not the white fill which wasn't expressed until after she had already started my nails. So I had to wait around for another nail tech to finish the white fill. Bad customer service. I normally tip well but this time they didn't deserve a tip. Tommy finished my nails and did a good job but I can get a good nail tech anywhere. The service is what keeps me coming back and I don't think I'll be returning.
