I had a very relaxing experience. The room is a little oasis from all the crazy that life has to offer. Calm classical music, aroma therapy, and a comfy massage chair.The pedicure: I had the $60 signature pedi and it was so worth it. Paraffin, hot stones, massage, and of course perfect nail care. My feet feel amazing.The manicure: I went with the regular $20 mani. It was on point. Eyebrow waxing: always makes me nervous. But I was in good hands. My brows are on "fleek" as my little sis would say. This is now my go to place when ever I am in Norfolk.Thanks Grisseth for a pampering experience.

I was a bit anxious prior to booking my appointment with Grisseth because I've gotten my eyebrows done at various establishments in Norfolk before and I was not entirely pleased with the results. I arrived for my appointment on time. Upon my arrival, I filled out a quick client sheet then I was called in shortly thereafter. Grisseth accessed my eyebrows, explained her process to me and then did my eyebrows. After finishing my eyebrows, she filled them in and showed them to me. I was incredibly pleased with the results. My eyebrows were waxed yet thick and even. Also, she recommended a brand I could use to fill in my brows. I highly recommend her for eyebrows.

Not only is she an expert in her craft, she is also a warm, personable, kind person with a great sense of humor and impeccable ethics, customer service, & standards. I've always been 100% satisfied with her services and I've always enjoyed the time spent with her.

Grisseth is very professional and does excellent manicures and pedicures. She uses quality products, takes her time and ensures complete satisfaction. I love her space; it is cozy and relaxing, with ambient lighting and pleasant music. Booking through the Vagaro app makes it so easy to get the time and date you prefer. I highly recommend Allure.

First, if you want a professional that is experienced and HONEST. See Grisseth! She will not tell you what you want to hear just to sell a service that will not work for you or one that you don't need. Exactly what we all need in a beauty professional. I had an eyebrow tint and wax here about 2 weeks ago. I was totally satisfied. My husband went in on Wednesday for a chest/stomach wax and had a great experience! It was his first time with Grisseth, but not his first getting waxed. Grisseth asked questions before the service and educated him on aftercare. She even gave him samples of ointment to use. Overall, it was the best wax experience he's had and he will be going back! Also, I know that she does great manicures and pedicures. I haven't had one here yet, but know of many that have.

My nail polish last forever and it doesn't get dull. My pedicure massage was the absolute best I have ever had!! Most definitely coming back!

I moved to Norfolk a couple of years ago from Nashville, and I have tried most of the nail spas in the area in an attempt to find something comparable...sadly disappointed. FINALLY...Grisseth! She takes artistic precision into her work. The space is peaceful, thoughtful and positive. She is engaging, professional and attentive to every detail. A lovely way to spend a lunch break rather than the typical nail spa. You absolutely must treat yourself to her Signature Pedi with the hot stones, mask and paraffin!

The Allure pedicure is a must! The combination of paraffin and leg mask is awesome! Grisseth is great at cutting ingrown toe nails! Very clean and relaxing. Easy to book appointments online

I had a very relaxing experience. The room is a little oasis from all the crazy that life has to offer. Calm classical music, aroma therapy, and a comfy massage chair.The pedicure: I had the $60 signature pedi and it was so worth it. Paraffin, hot stones, massage, and of course perfect nail care. I was a bit anxious prior to booking my appointment with Grisseth because I've gotten my eyebrows done at various establishments in Norfolk before and I was not entirely pleased with the results.
