I have never been in a salon this nice before! The people are super nice and down to earth! There's a very cute service dog that hangs out there too! Hi gang! First time salon visitor here. I went here after meeting one of the salon artists and I was pretty impressed with the work done. They paid a lot of attention to the minor details and made sure everything looked right. My hair can be difficult, but the staff here are a group of pros. This is a nice salon and most of the stylists seem to be really good at what they do, but unfortunately I just wasn't impressed with my stylist. Not only did she not listen to what I wanted, but she also messed up on my hair color. I saw some great work done by other stylists while I was there, so I'd just caution to be careful whom you go to there. Read Less

Jessica Davis did a Brazilian blowout for my daughter in law and myself. We each have curly hair but mine is very thin and my daughter in law has really thick hair. Jessica was awesome, everything she said about the product was exactly what we got. She is the best., took her time and explained everything about the process. Called in for a last min wax and they were able to fit me in no problem. The salon was bustling but the wax room was quiet and serene. Bianca was a dream, her with the soy wax (which sticks to hair not skin) made it the least painful wax I've ever had. They definitely have a repeat customer on their hands. Read Less

I went here on a recommendation from a friend.  The hair stylist I see is Taylor (a guy) and he is awesome.  He is so nice and is always on time and efficient.  I love going to him, he is so engaging.  The woman that does the shampoo is also very nice and give a great scalp massage.  I also have facials done there and today I received a facial from Nikki and it was THE BEST facial I have ever had.  Every one has their own style on giving a facial.  I have had a few to say the least and Nikki did an amazing job.  I can't wait till my next one in February.  I am so glad I asked my friend where to go...  AAA+++ place! I absolutely love Salon Elite. This salon/spa exhibits a very professional, yet extremely comfortable atmosphere. Their staff, which include front desk check-in and -out representatives, appointment schedulers, nail technicians, aesteticians, and stylists are all incredibly well-trained individuals who are professional and pleasant to interact with. I personally believe you would be satisfied with whoever you decided to select for whatever service you had in mind for y...ourself. And last but not least, Salon Elite's line of hair products (my favorite being, "Bumble and bumble," but there are many more to choose from) allow YOU, YES YOU, and here's the scenario ... you've left the salon and your fabulous stylist, who has just styled your hair to perfection and you absolutely love it (well, I know you've all asked this question to yourselves at one time or another ... how am I going to be able to style my hair like this when I get home) ... well, their hair products are so wonderful and friendly, they will provide you a "sense of comfort" and "confidence level" to be able to say to yourself, YES, I CAN DO THIS!!! And, did I mention, Salon Elite's hair products make your hair look, feel, and smell amazing. I cannot envision pampering myself at any other salon! I was in town on vacation and needed some waxing.Kristi was able to fit me in for a same day appointment for both a brazilian and lower leg wax.  She did a very thorough job and never made me feel rushed.  We chatted and laughed and overall I had a very pleasant experience.  While waxing is never a painless experience, this one was on the less painful side in comparison to others.The price point is in line with other salons offering the same services and products.  I recommend giving them a try if you are in the market for some waxing!  :-) Read Less

Though I believe this to be an overpriced strip mall salon, Salon Elite deserves a reasonably good rating.  In my experience, their customer service is very good, but bear in mind that like most salon employees their #1 job is sales and they excel at this.  Their #2 job - - -hair stylist, nail tech, shampooer, etc.- - - is executed fairly well as far as I can tell (I only worked with one stylist, but interacted with much of the staff) but seemed peripheral to making sure that you walk out with products and another appointment.If your experiences are like mine, staff will approach you while you're in the chair and tell you how FAB-u-lous your (hair / nails / whatever) look, how THAT is the exact way that they want to wear their hair, and aren't you lucky to be a client of (whomever).  It's amusing to hear them say the same thing from chair to chair to chair...Adding to this phony sundae was the manner in which I was treated by my stylist... she / he LOVES LOVES LOVES me but don't let the door hit my ass on the way out.There's nothing wrong with being lavished with compliments and enjoying a bond that may or may not *really* exist between client and staff... if that's your thing.  After all, it's all about sales and indulging people is a part of the sale.Personally, I hate being pandered to and I'm always up front with stylists in that regard.  If you think I'm going to look like a bleeding idiot with the hairstyle that I'm asking for, then TELL ME.  And you don't have to pretend to be my friend.  I'm a customer and I'm alright with that.But at the end of the day, they are good stylists and I would recommend Salon Elite.  Perhaps they should find a happy medium between hair artistry and sales quotas.
