Got pedicure. Asked how long to wait, said 10-15 minutes, took 30 minutes to get seated. Sat in chair another 20-30 minutes. She started pedicure but got up to do someone's eyebrows for another 15 minutes wait!! Pedicure was good, but terrible business to have people wait so long and leave after she started. Won't go back. Every time I go into this salon I feel very taken care of. While I sit & wait for whichever nail tech to be ready for me, I have people come up & ask if I've been taken care of, and even sometimes they recognize me & ask how I'm doing. The techs are so sweet & genuinely seem to want to know how my day/week is going. High quality services for the decent prices they ask for. Terrible customer service from the technicians. The manager seemed oblivious to it too. Average nail design skill, but they charge like they are actually good. Eyebrow tech was unfit to say the least. Though she was honest about it. Told me that she couldn't give me an arch, but I've been getting them for years. Nail tech was great with my finger nails but my toes were horrible I had to come back twice to get them re polished after the guy who did my toes said to let the dryer cycle go twice and I put my sandals on and chip my polish and was told if it happens again I will have to be charged very unprofessional. I tried this place for the first time last month. I got a full set with gel polish and two designs. I believe my total was around $43. It was more expensive than other places but the service and work were quality which made it worth it. They had a large variety of colors to choose from and were very organized. They have a receptionist as well. They are very busy which is probably because they do good work. Next time I would make an appointment. I've been there multiple times and I've never had a bad experience until now. Last week, I went to get a mani and pedi for $25. My nails and toes looked great; however, a few days ago, I noticed a slight discomfort in one of my big toes. Turns out, the nail tech CUT my toe nail way TOO short, causing a horrible ingrown toe nail. (I get manicures and pedicures monthly and I have NEVER HAD AN INGROWN IN MY LIFE) I've been in pain for 3 days! Walking hurts so much that it has caused me to limp. Even putting on socks or shoes is painful! I will NEVER GO BACK. UPDATE: Had to go to the doctor because the pain was overwhelming. Turns out it is not an ingrown nail, but an INFECTION caused by IMPROPER cuticle removal. On antibiotics for 3x a day for 10 days. Read Less

I was with a friend getting a spa mani and pedi. When we sat in the pedicure chairs, my chair massager was broken. I informed a worker who seemed to be the manager. She told me the manufacturer of the chairs screwed them up and it was a common problem and that it wasn't her fault. The place was busy and there wasn't another chair for me. The worker asked if I wanted to wait for another chair, about 30 minutes and not next to my friend. I declined and asked for a discount. The worker then argued with me in front of the rest of the customers and workers and refused to give me a discount even though I was not receiving the full services. The male worker who was giving me the spa pedicure rushed through the pedicure and never massaged my legs. I was looking forward to a relaxing massage and needed a stress reliever since my husband just left on a year deployment. I had seen a lot of great pictures from this shop so I was really excited to check them out. I came in on a Friday morning around 10 and they were very busy. They asked what I needed and I said a full set. They told me to pick a color. I waited for over an hour and there were about 3 walk ins ahead of me. They took pedicures/manicures over walk ins who wanted acrylics/fills. All of the employees were eating/drinking and playing on their phones while they worked. Most employees only do one thing and it seemed like very few actually did acrylics/fills. Family members also arrived with pictures and several girls stopped working to socialize and look at them. After waiting an hour, I asked if I could make an appointment for later and they said they didn't make same day appointments. I noticed on Facebook that they had also put up a wait time of 20 minutes while I was waiting in there for acrylics. I was very disappointed and ended up going to another nail place that took me right away. I posted a review on their Facebook page and they deleted it right away so apparently they don't like any negative feedback. If you are looking for a professional, clean relaxing place to have your nails done go here. I have been here 3 times since they open and I am impress every time! They are extremely busy but is still very professional. A young lady name Lydia did my manicure and pedicure the first time and she was a pleasant young lady. The girls that run it are always asking and making sure I was happy and were very apologetic about the wait. They are very thorough with their work and the quality is amazing. The second time I came in I had the OPI gel polish put on and was very impressed with how long they held up. This is my new nail spot and I will definitely be telling all my friends and co-workers about it! Read Less
