Horrible job, never again will I pay $35 on my real nails,with regular polish, no designs, and they were mad short. The board said $23 full set regular polish. I don’t understand why it was $35. These people were taxing Just for extra money. These people had me all the way bent. One of my nails is crooked and all my nails have acrylic stuck underneath them. I was rushed and my nails didnt even last a week. She also asked me to pay her before she was finished , I dead can see why. My pedicure was out of sight, but disappointment came with my full set. Owner was rude kept snatching my hand and snaking it down. As he was doing my nails he had a attitude. If only I could give them 0 stars!!!!! I got my lashes done there and they were so thick and heavy!!!! There was so much glue on my lashes and lid that I could not get the lashes off!!! Over half of the individual lashes was covered in glue. I went back to Le Nails to have them removed three weeks after having them done to have them removed and they refused to take them off. Had them removed at Crystal Nails. If you need your lashes done please do not go here!!!!! Please drive down Warrick to Crystal Nails. I arrived at 8:50, waited in the parking lot until 920 when the tech opened the doors. I was 2nd to walk in. Owner came in at 930 and began directing the 3 others who came in after me to the pedicure chairs and me to a table (I wanted a full set); He then began to do one woman's eyebrows. @9:40 two other techs walked in and the owner directed them to do 2 of the customers pedicures. I spoke up and informed him that I was 2nd in line to receive services. My request and comment were ignored and I was told to wait a bit-----At which point he began to start applying another woman's eyelashes. While Waiting, I watched 5 others being serviced before me. 1 eyebrow, 1eyelashes, 2 pedicures, and 1 fill(the 1st woman who walked in was serviced by the opening tech) I know it is because I was the youngest customer. The others were mid-aged and I know that nail techs feel that they would receive a tip from older customers than "young girls." My actual age doesn't show on my face (blessed) and I am a young professional that definitely over tips every time. Their loss. I decided to not make a fuss and walked out. I am truly dissatisfied with my experience and I feel I was disrespected as well. I would never recommend nor go back there. By the way, I went to the nail salon on denbigh under the bridge, in that small strip mall. I noticed they are about $5 cheaper than Le nails on different services to include gel. Rang, made booking, found it no trouble and absolutely loved my appointment- kind hands, an electric blanket plus the middle of lower end of bed lifted up, taking all pressure off lower back. This place is terrable the people who work there are mostly unducated on how to properly do nails. First of all she didn't cover my acual nail with the white gel (very ugly) ans second they havnt even been on a week and they're falling off! On average nails should last like atleast 5 weeks ! And got the lady who they say "is better at doing the pink and white" when i rold them i wanted french tips i had to repeat myself several times before they understood me. I've been having the SNS nail system every 3 weeks for the past 9 months and I love both it and the brilliant service from Sue and all her team. In an hour I leave the salon with gorgeous nails that don't chip, are strong and stay beautiful for 3 weeks. I've also enjoyed a relaxing facial and a long-lasting eyebrow and eyelash tint. I had a great experience!!! For several months I decided to get dedicated getting my nails done with all the time and money invested in a matter of weeks my nails where long and I loved them and looked forward to keeping them up. Creative Nails across the street obviously lost the only people that could do acrylics so twice I had to walk out with unpolished nails due to the poor quality of service.I decided to go to Nails by Lisa on oyster point DO NOT EVER GO GET YOUR NAILS DONE THERE!!!! You might as well ball your money up and throw it in the garbage.I asked for my tips to finally be removed (soaked off)to keep my length and get an acrylic overlay. All of my request was ignorned they broke majority of my nails by ripping the tips off and then filed them down extremely short. What was did was done I knew in a few weeks my nails would be a acceptable length even though I left pissed I figured I would not let that same person do my nails again.I went back and explained to the lady that did a fill once before I want to keep my length I just need a fill. I explained what happen on my last visit and emphasized I hate short nails and I showed her where the guy did the over lay too thin so a couple of nails where chipped at the corners she said ok. I thought she understood what I was saying clearly she didn't she begain excessively filing against my warnings about keeping my length and she applied acrylic entirely too thick in areas some areas wasn't covered the nails where so uneven overall they looked like s**t. I didn't even want to pay her but I did she did not get the generous tip she got once before and I walked out with no polish. I was so pissed at the complete disaster and my nails where shorter than before she said they'll be fine in 2 weeks which was BS, she completely missed the point someone came in with long nails orginally this process takes time and you and your staff have destroyed their nails by not following directions. I just didn't even want to go to any nail salons in the area again. The following evening I was on my way home I saw Le nails still open I walked in saw Mike behind the counter he was very polite I showed him my nails and the look on his face was worth a thousand words he took me right over to his work station even though the buissness was closing in 30mins I explained what happen and I wasn't the only one getting a botched job corrected. I explained to Mike I had to just start over. He could have said no come back tomorrow thats going to take up too much time at closing but he took the acrylic off did a full set while taking his time to correct someone else's mess. I've been coming to this place since high school, they changed management somewhere around 2010 though but I really like the staff. The place is clean and the pedi chairs are nice.Michael does the best brows and lashes in Newport News & the younger guy is who I like for my pedicures.$27.00 for a pedi and brow wax, thats extremely reasonable.I've never felt rushed or as if the staff is rude, but they do like to joke and play so maybe some of the previous reviewers just didnt like their brand of humor?Also, on Mondays and Tuesdays they run a special- $25 for mani and pedi!Cant beat it :) Read Less

This place has horrible customer service. As I got my nails filled in the nail tech rushed and did a very sloppy job. As i had them redone and waited for them to dry I watched about 3 very happy guest leave disappointed and not pleased with the services.
