DO NOT GO TO THE LADY NEXT TO KIM... I REPEAT DO NOT. First of all it took almost a hour and a half for a full set. When getting the acrylic put on she went over it like three times giving me fat nails. When buffering it Kim had to come over and do one hand while she was doing the other (that's how long she was taking Kim and Alex just looking like what). Then i ask for gel and she's not doing a good job with that either and i still had to pay $45 all because I decided to try someone else. DON'T

A friend and I went to get SNS nails and they have left our nails feeling rough and grainy my friends ended up looking terrible and look all bubbled when we said something they didn't acknowledge our complaint and still made her pay full price. We then returned to show them how bad they were and they just kept saying it was the top coat. I have had SNS many times and never has it turned out this way. We did return and they ended up sanding off all her nails and she got her money back. It was just not the best of experiences !

I went in here today for a fill, gel acrylic manicure. I made an appt yesterday but I called letting them know I'd be a few minutes late. There was no issue, when I came in i sat down immediately with the technician named Anne. She was friendly and gave advice about my nails, but still did them exactly as I like. Ill be coming back and making a appt with her each time! Definitely recommend this nail shop!

Went in for a pedicure. Overall was a very average experience. No foot scrubbing, no base coat, no top coat, messy painting. Very little communication also.

I inquired about what time they closed and was told last client is taken at 7:15. So I assumed I was fine to go at 6 p.m. without being rushed. There was nobody after me and while she did a fantastic job on my pedicure my manicure was a joke...it wasn't a manicure. I think she just wanted to get out early (she finished 5 minutes after the last client was taken). I could tell she wanted to get out...so when she started buffing my nails down tearing up my cuticles I decided not to say anything since I thought she must've misunderstood and thought I wanted just a polish change. The gel is gooped on and will peel in no time. My cuticles are pretty bad too. But then she tells me it's $50 and I questioned it. She said I didn't ask for it so I dropped it but left quite annoyed. They charge $1 to use card, and $2 to use colors on the front wall.
I'm not picky (I didn't say anything about the bubbles or hang nails)...but I couldn't believe she charged me $50 for a basic pedicure and polish change that she rushed through.

They were very quick and took care of me as soon as I walked in. I went in for a gel fill- in. Alex started working on my nails before I had even picked out my polish. Prices are pretty typical. They do charge $3 extra for "cut downs" and also add a $1 fee for any purchases on a credit/debit card. They do 2 clear coats to finish it off which I thought was very thorough.

There was nobody after me and while she did a fantastic job on my pedicure my manicure was a joke...it wasn't a manicure. I think she just wanted to get out early (she finished 5 minutes after the last client was taken). I could tell she wanted to get out...so when she started buffing my nails down tearing up my cuticles I decided not to say anything since I thought she must've misunderstood and thought I wanted just a polish change. I went in 3 days ago and tried to make an appointment. Have also been told by them a couple of months ago they have no wax. Come on are you running a circus!!!!!!

A friend and I went to get SNS nails and they have left our nails feeling rough and grainy my friends ended up looking terrible and look all bubbled when we said something they didn't acknowledge our complaint and still made her pay full price.
