This place is great. The only problem is only two of the workers can do acrylics so it take forever! Especially if they’re busy... you can forget it

Paid to get a pedicure but received criticism and was laughed at by technician as well. She actually poked fun at how my feet and nails looked. I could care less about her opinion of my feet. I can take it with a grain of salt. But if that is how one treats a customer, I would never recommend this place to a friend. Rude and immature. Spend your money elsewhere.

Went to get my under arms (arm pits) waxed and it hurt like a #@%?! My armpits did bleed a lot and now INCREDIBLY sensitive!!!
I am pretty sure she burnt me too because the wax was really hot. Even ...

Oh and despite the Waxer using 5 strips for one pit she missed 20% of the hair.
On the up side she gave me $5 off for them.
Like seriously that was a terrible experience. I would say that they were nice but the Waxer commented that my armpit hair was long (even though my hair was less than half a centimetre long) :-/
I have been talking to my cosmetology friends and they said they should use the hard wax instead of the soft but idk.

Got fake lashes for $30 and told over and over they would last 2 weeks. Well that was an effing joke 3 days later they have all fallen out and the thing is i didnt even use make up remover on my eyes ...
