If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrible with time management, the first time I went I had to come back and have my nails fixed, this last time I went I asked for nail take off and a manicure. My bill came to 35 for the guy to remove nails and do a "gel manicure" all he did for the manicure was kept cutting my cuticles until it was red and used the dremel until he burned a spot. I was a walk in this past week to get a mani/pedi.  I am an exhausted new mom so I was in desperate need!  Jess let me select what service I wanted and I opted for a pedicure that included extra massage since I really needed it.  I also love that they put covers on each tub so I know it is clean.  A lot of places here don't do that.  Then when it came time for the manicure Jess was again amazing.  My nails are still perfect and I wash baby bottles constantly during the day.  I know this place has mixed reviews but I am telling you if you request Jess you will leave happy.  I will always go to her from now on! I knew I should've listened to the reviews when I checked it out before hand but decided to give it another shot because I had originally went there a few months ago for a honey and milk pedi and the experience was great feet were smooth and the polish was on point. So based off that prior experience I went again this past weekend. The young lady that did my feet was very sweet took her time with my feet, but the young lady that did my shellac manicure did not show any good customer service first off she was working on her own nails while trying to do mine, she also took a pause on my nails to take a personal phone call. The worse thing though were the end results of my nails she layered the coats on super thick. It was late in the evening and everyone was pretty much packing up to go so I decided to just leave and try and settle with my nails. The next day the polish started coming up near the nail bed. So I called and spoke with the manager and he said I could come in and he'd take a look at it. When I arrived yet again someone at the desk was playing around with their phone to my surprise it was the manager ( I guess they don't have rules about how being on your phone ‍) He looked at them never apologized (like I just have gas money growing on a tree having to take another trip back there) but anyways had me have a seat and a different nail tech did my nails. Once again she took a personal call while doing my nails and completely rushed through fixing my nails. So I have been looking for a nice pedi place close to home. I have m favs but I have to travel to them and sometimes I just want to be close to home so I stubbled upon JonLe Nails Spa. After reading several reviews, I had mixed emotions but I said I'll give it a try. Upon arrival, I was greeted and escorted to a pedicure chair. The water was rather luke warm and I usually like mine steaming hot because by the time you finish soaking and the pedicure begin the water is cold. I was told that the water was on the highest setting. Fine. I had requested the Spa Pedicure. As my nail tech began, I don't know what it is about me but I can tell if you don't know what you are doing ! BUT, I am working on patience so I decided to not say anything. The lady began and almost every toe had polish remaining. STRIKE 1. I still haven't said anything at this point. She then begins cutting and nips me. STRIKE 2. She then begins filing and it looked like my 2 year old cousin filed my toenails. STRIKE 3. I ask to go down to the basic pedicure because at this point I am not paying $35 for this. She proceeds the pedicure and starts a convo. Cool at first but when you keep talking and not paying attention to my feet, Im getting irritated. Mind you the polish is still on my feet ! She then starts buffing my toes. WAIT! "Can you do my cuticles." She proceeds and she barely is touching my cuticles. Then begins scraping the bottom of my feet with the pumice stone. STOP. At this point, I can't take no more. I requested a new person to finish my pedicure. She runs off speaking in her language to the male manager (Im assuming). He has the worst facial expression like he don't care and didn't bother to come speak with me to figure out my problem. She then goes and tells her coworkers as they continue to stare at me. At this point I'm starting to get up. Another lady comes and remove the remaining traces of polish, files my toes correctly and get them cuticles ! She was great ! Overall, all of the staff isn't trained properly ! I was two seconds from not paying regardless of their many signs throughout the shop stating that you must pay regardless of you like your service or not ! Happy the problem was corrected but definitely will not return. They look like they are a branch off of "Lee Nails" in Hampton which I hate so ITS A NO. I am real new to the Hampton Roads area so in looking for a (new) steady nail salon, this was the first place I decided to try. I was previously at Captain George's in Williamsburg and I noticed the waitresses beautiful nails. I asked her which nail salon did she go to and she mentioned Jonle. To be honest, I don't even remember asking her WHICH nail tech did her nails (which I should have). So anywho, I decided to give them a try (approx 2 weeks ago). The outcome...PROS: Fairly friendly atmosphere, descent wait times, convenient in location. CONS: Gel Polish was layered TOO THICK, did not pay attention to detail, nails were not filed even at the tip, did not provide me with my own nail tools (I do not like sharing with the mass population). For example, buffer, nail file or wooden stick to push back cuticles. NOTE: In case you didn't know, nail techs should be using wooden sticks to push back cuticles. The metal ones have the ability to do damage to your nail beds. One more thing concerning the polish... The polish was so thick that it was extremely hard to come off. I won't say that the entire salon is NOT for me, however, I do plan on trying a different nail tech (whom I have seen her work on Social Media). Absolutely loved my experience here today. I think my technicians name was Lynn. She was amazing. Very kind and took great care of me. The facility was very clean and everyone was extremely helpful and polite. I got the tropical pedicure I think it’s called and I’m assuming because their weren’t many people tonight my message was about 30 mins. If I lived in this area I definitely would come back. I've gone here a handful of times only to get my eyebrows done and they aren't anything spectacular but they get the job done. Yesterday when I went to get waxed an older woman was taking care of me and tried to fix my tail, which had gaps. Rather than letting it grow in, or keeping the arch that had taken forever to grow in the way I wanted, she waxed it off, into a semi circle kind of shape. My left brow is now a half circle with a hair brow to strands of hair ombré that stops three quarters of where it used to. She then attempted to make the other brow, which needed nothing but a cleanup, to match. Needless to say, I was clearly not happy with my results but urged that she fixed the problem that it would grow back properly. I did not like the polish (I picked color off of the samples and it did not look like the sample nail), and the pedicure looked a little messy. The staff here are all very unfriendly and impolite.  They never smile, and barely talk! The ambience and interior decor are very pretty and relaxing, but the atmosphere is very chilly.  I only got a very basic manicure and the polish was coming off in just two days! I went here In a rush on a Friday. The best thing was I didn't have to wait for service. The employees here were very nice and friendly. Although by Monday the polish on my nails were messed up. This place was very clean, the staff was friendly, and Vi did a wonderful job on my Manicure and Pedicure! However, some of the other employees seemed to try to confuse you into accidentally upgrading your services. I understand wanting to upgrade people, but the way it was done was a little misleading. They offer a print out of the options and I found it helpful to point to exactly what I wanted and to decline all of the "up sells". Another thing to consider when coming here is they they do not allow you to add a tip to your card. This fact is not made clear until you see their signs once are sitting with your nails drying. I would not suggest going to this establishment. The place looks great but the man who works at the front table is rude. The woman who worked on my feet was nice, but misleading. When letting her know I wanted the basic pedicure I was met with the response "The Traditional Pedicure"? Of course since there are no prices listed on the walls, I had no idea the Traditional Pedicure was the name of a more expensive detailed pedicure. I just thought she used a different word for the same service I was asking for. It is obvious the workers are trained to trick customers into upgrading without their knowledge. When speaking with her at the time to pay, she let me know although that was not what I asked for it is what I got.... So pay up. A menu is suppose to be provided when choosing the service, but the only time I saw any listing was when my nails where drying. So at that point it is too late to change to what I really want. I also saw the man at the front table treat a customer horribly. She walked in about 70mins before closing time. He only acknowledged her after she asked if anyone was going to speak to her. He responded with such a negative attitude that she turned around and walked away. The nail tech was nice, but he could not paint nails!!! I paid $36 for the Milk and Honey pedicure, which was nice. However, when it came to my actual nails, he cut them too short and kept messing up the polish, which was plain white. He literally painted half of each nail and I had to keep showing him where the nails weren't fully painted. He would also hit a nail and mess up the Polish trying to paint another nail. It got so ridiculous that I stopped asking him to fix the Polish because he was making it worse and I fixed it myself when I got home. Make sure to allow PLENTY of time. I've made appointments and they don't respect them. I've waited over an hour on many occasions-WITH AN APPOINTMENT! I make my appointments for Lucy. I'm there every week and experience the same thing. Sometimes I mix it up and I'll call and ask what time would be best for that day. When I get there the same thing would happened, I wait. I'm town working and needed to get my nails done. I came here because it was close to my work and appeared very clean and nice. The staff was nice but my gel manicure only lasted 3 days and then started peeling off and my pedicure didn't even last 2 days before it started to chip. I would give them a negative ZERO. I went because I needed a nearby salon other than my regular salon in Hampton. The Asian man at the first table said they were owned by my regular salon( Anthony Vince). So I proceeded to get a gel fill-in. He instructed I had to have my gel removed and natural nail cut and replaced with fake nails, but he'd discount the rate. (Which I've never been told in my 10 years of gel applications). After being serviced a day later I went to start my car and insert my key into my ignition and my nail broke. (Has never happened before). Barely touched my key. It was as if I had on press on nails. I went to the salon to request it be fixed after being charged $10 and they didn't match the correct color. Left because I was in a rush and two more nails broke the same day. Come to find out they aren't owned by my regular salon and they are very rough on your nail beds and damaged my cuticles. Won't be returning. Read Less

I would give this place 0 star if I could. They do not value they're customer's time. I arrived at 955a, they open at 10. 1010 is when the owner finally arrived to open shop. Several workers came in and all went to the back. I was to sign in and someone would be with me when they arrived. 1030-still no service so I left. If you're going to charge professional prices then I should provide professional service! Came here 2 separate times. Once for an infill on my gel acrylic nails which they couldn't fill because they didn't have the right color and they didn't even try to figure out a way to fix them, they just took them off. The second time was to get a French tip acrylic, they were in a hurry to do my nails, they did not pay attention to any detail and the lady was running back and forth from me to other clients and being very rude. Worst experience ever. Damaged my natural nails. Asked only for gel paint on natural nail. Lady at the salon took a sander, which I thought was going to buff to a shine, and took a layer off my nails for nothing!  Just to ruin them probably so I would have to keep coming back to cover it up. I've only had my nails done a few times in my life. I didn't know what it was but I wish I had stopped her before she did it. She was also on her cell phone the whole time. I love the atmosphere in this place! It's very neat and clean and relaxing. I came in and was assisted within five minutes. The lady who did my nails did an amazing job! I got the signature pedi and will most likely come back again soon! This is my second time coming and my first time was great too. It is a tad bit pricy but compared to all the other nail salons close by this is by far the best! Don't waste your time going somewhere else just because it's cheaper. Read Less

Went here with a few girls early on a Sunday afternoon.  We were told it would be an hour wait for us all to get pedicures. We placed our name on the list and decided to get lunch at one of the restaurants in the area. The receptionist said it was fine to leave and come back. When we got back, they still were not ready for us. We waited in the front for 15 minutes. They then allowed our feet to soak for approximately 30 minutes. When someone did come out it was only one estician at a time.  We were there to spend some time with a local friend, otherwise wet would have left. Because one of the people in the party had a train to catch, one of us didn't end up getting service, as 2.5 hours had passed and no one had waited on her.I opted for the milk and honey pedicure. It was supposed to removes calluses and soften your feet. Though it was $14 more expensive than the basic pedicure, it wasn't that different. They barely touched my calluses, which are very much still there. Needless to say, wouldn't return or recommend this place. They were nice which earned them the two stars. Read Less

Haven't found a nail place yet that I want to return to, but this may be it. The people were pretty nice and my basic gel nails lasted over 2 weeks which was awesome! The only negative I have is that my nail artist made my cuticles bleed while trimming (everyone always does so I don't know if it's me or them), but as a result I think she didn't charge me for the manicure and only charged for the gel polish. I came here because I had an appt at my regular nail shop, when I showed she told me to come back in 2 hours. I was pretty mad so driving along I saw this place. They just opened for the morning. Jessica did my nails and did a great job. Quick but in a good way. She seemed to already know what I was looking for and made great suggestions even though she just met me that day!  I love bright colors! I was interested in trying this place as many nail salons in this area aren't kept up and pretty shabby on the inside.  This place is gorgeous inside!  All of the finishings & furniture are quality, making for a relaxing experience.  All of the employees are nice & welcoming too.  The lady who did my nails was very meticulous & made sure I didn't leave until my nails were perfect.  I highly recommend checking this place out if you looking for a great set of nails at a reasonable price. It was one of the best mani/pedi experiences I've ever had! They got me in almost immediately and they were ready as soon as I arrived. I instantly could tell they were sweetest people ever. They took an incredible amount of time and care giving me a gentle, perfect gel mani/pedi. It was unlike many other salons that can be so impersonal and rush you out with sloppy results.
