When I went there I was pleasantly greeted and taken straight to the chair! I originally went there to use some HORRIBLE lashes taken off that I had done at Le Nails. They were very patient, did a great job at the removal, and repeated made sure I was Ok! My new lashes look so natural!!!!! I do not feel like I have lashes on. They did a great job!!!! Hands down the worst salon I have went to in my life. They are rude, it stinks in there, there were spiders running around and the workers are just weird... Their work is subpar and I noticed that they cater to their white clients and will serve them before any others. I went to Crystal Nails for the first time today and I definitely left satisfied. The staff is so nice and help along with the atmosphere there. They even have little hello kitty pedicure chairs for kids! Lastly, they have great discounts for teachers, student, and military. They are very innovative and current with their color choices. I have chosen chrome nails twice and have loved both experiences. Romeo is wonderful. He will correct whatever doesn't satisfy you even if it's the next day. I tried other places but they don't compare to Crystal Nail. I'm excited to go back and guess what...they have a rewards card. Beware of this place..they are Very sneaky with their prices. I have been 4 times and the last time I went, I got a a gelish fill and pedicure. While trying to enjoy my pedi, here comes Katrina starting my nails. I felt like a pretzel and could not relax. After I finished I went to the register expecting to pay $50.00, Katrina says $56.00, I paused and asked why so much and she said the explanation will be on the receipt. I was pissed, but composed, thinking I will never be back. I asked for my military discount and she says $50.60 I payed with tip and graciously walked my ass out the door. I get in the car to look at this receipt and they charged an extra &1.00 for a basic pedicure..b.s and charged $15.00 for the fill and $15.00 for gelish  (long nail). I don't have long nails because I always use my Dremmel at home to file them down...I was furious but I'm done. Pedi was awesome but I couldn't really enjoy it because Romeo the nail tech did my nails while I was getting my pedi.He got the nail dust all over my clothes I will never go there again and it was not busy so I don't know why he decided to do my nails while I was getting my pedi so because of him I will never go back too bad the pedi tech was awesome wish I could have enjoyed the pedi he ruined it for me. This place is THE BEST nail salon in the area. They've won countless awards for their services and it's easy to see why. Their prices are good ($15 for standard mani) and offer discounts for military/student/teacher. Quite little nail salon located across the Peninsula Memorial off Warwick Blvd in a small shopping center. Its right next door to a fairly newish Greek spot.The inside is your typical Asian nail salon perhaps a tad bit more cleaner. Standard prices for nail services outside the mall so no big woo hood there.They have a handful of nail stations and pedicure stations. The salon seems to advertise a lot of services with lots of products and it really left me wondering if they actually used the products as advertised...they products just seemed to fancy for such a standard salon.Also, they have military and student discounts, as well as a discount program for eyelash extensions which was really weird but from what I could read it's like a rewards program.The day I went there were two ladies and one gentleman working. The guy was very nice despite his tough guy look. Apprantly he is the only one who knew how to properly run a register too as he had to stop the services he was doing to ring up other customers. I got a gel mani and regular pedicure. Both were decent, nothing fancy for special. My manicurist did use a fresh pack of cleaning utensil which is always a plus, but she kept staring at me intently which was kind weird. But I can't blame her. Lol.Anyway, I've been here a handful of time and the service is a hit or miss. Sometimes you are ignored sometimes they take an hour to get to you...and sometimes like the day I went you actually get serviced pretty quick.Overall, while my experience wasn't horrible it wasn't the best either. And unless I'm in a super pinch for time ( since it's right next door) then I wouldn't go here again. The major reasoning is the fact that the lady who attended me was really rude to a guy who entered the establishment trying to use the restroom. She lied and said it was out of service after another employee ( the nice cashier/nail tech.) said it was okay for him to use it. I feel that she was discriminated on him because of his complexion which is definitely not cool in my book. I know that the guy using the bathroom wasn't a paying customer but the look of disgust and the fact that she lied really turned me off form this place. Read Less
