Came here several years ago like I said several years ago and there's a reason for that.  The manicure bar/table is very high it puts you in an uncomfortable position and the bar stools equally uncomfortable.  My manicurist felt it necessary to "school" me about my nails as if I were uneducated.  They really try to push you to buy their expensive product line.  Took a look at the pedicure area seating there looked uncomfortable as well.  It seemed as if their entire staff were all from the same religious cult all sort of cookie cutter Step Ford wive types who all were of the same mind and opinion.  Felt like I was looked down upon and that they were better than the people they were servicing. They decided to no longer sell their frequent customer cards because people didn't honor the expiration date. Ok....seemed unfair to good customers who respected the rules set forth. The owner, Candy, just threw me out of her salon because I complained about them punishing loyal, long term customers rather than telling the people who abused the packages they couldn't use them after the expiration date. She literally bitched me out in front of other customers. I posted on facebook what happened and she came in with a partial check to refund me on the remainder of my packages. She told the girl to stop my pedicure and for me to leave! I pointed out that the refund didn't include today's services and I wanted to finish for what I paid for. She not only refused to let the girl continue, but also told me she wasn't giving me back the money for today! I had to leave with nail polish removed from one foot...no other services provided for my $55 today!I can't believe she gets away with treating a customer of over ten years like this!!!!! Not a fan of their pedicures at all. They put you on a terribly hard and uncomfortable bench. My pedicure started to chip a week later. This never happens to me. Also I do not like their no cell phone policy. I read from my kindle app while I get me pedicures. Not a fan at all. I give two stars because the girl was pleasant. Read Less

I have been going here for over a year, always have had excellent pedicures. Top quailty nail products are used. Staff is very friendly and accomodating if you like to bring your own products. I got my first manicure in years there, and it still looks great 10 days later. Highly recommend. Best to make an appointment, they are quite busy and usually can't take walk-ins. Read Less

I have to take a moment out to thank you for the excellent level of customer service I experienced this past weekend. My favorite manicurist ever moved to NY and its been so difficult to find another all natural substitute. I watched you clean, disinfect and I LOVE that you do not use jets in your pedicure stations!!! The fact that you walk your clients out to their car, open their door, start the car and buckle them in. WOW!!! I felt like royalty. My hands and feet have found a new home. Thank you so much!!! You will throughly enjoy the friendly service right after walking through the door as you are escorted in and even out to your car so you don't mess up your nails. You can even sip on a cup of coffee or tea while getting your nails done. It gets even better the more you come and develop a relationship with the staff as they get to know your tastes and individual nails. The pedicures are wonderful and they lasts for weeks, they are worth every penny. There's so many products to upkeep your nails naturally and you learn so much about doing so as the staff take the time to educate you on nail care.
