Have been a regular here for almost a year and a half, bi-monthly. Emma is always my go to gal, but Michelle has also done my nails before and she's excellent. They're always so friendly and when my nail has broken they have fixed it at no charge (I only get no chip, so it's my actual nail breaking. ) highly recommend to all!Read Less

Worst experience ever! Ben was very irritated during the whole pedicure.....sighing and complaining. Didn't like that I asked to change my first color choice (hmm....I'm the customer, it's my money, and I didn't like what the color looked like on MY toe nail!). It's a shame that I would even give them one star. This place is absolutely garage especially the owner Amanda.   They pic and choose the people nails based on their race. It's obvious why their business is limited with only 2 nail techs.  They are rude and not welcoming at all. If you want great service this is not the place runnnnnnnmnn! Read Less

My experience was not comfortable, was continually annoyed by the person doing my nails to do a no chip, when all I wanted was a regular manicure. Customer should not have to keep explaining what they prefer over what the girl doing your nails prefers. Will not return! Read Less

What a unpleasant experience I have just had 10 minutes ago.  I am still very upset and wish I've never gone to this nail place.  After I had a great lunch at the Grill I decided to try this nail place and hoped that I would like it becasue it would be a nail place to go in the future since I work very close from this strip mall.  WHAT A MISTAKE I HAVE EVER MADE IN MY LIFE!  First of all, they have a horrible selection of color generally and then even the colors they have seem old and unued for a long time.  Second of all, the space was so unorganized and empty.  I didn't feel welcome or warm or anything like you would feel when you go to your nail salons.  The most disappointing thing was their service.  The lady who I had was very crumpy and I don't know what her problem was but she was just very rude to me.  She tried to cut my cuticles so fast and did not even care or did right, but I didn't say anything till she started hurting me.  A good thing it didn't bleed.  One point I screamed because she cut it so hard.  She just said "your skin is too sensitive. No blood so it is fine"  I just wanted to get out of the place asap, but I hoped that it would get better.  She did a terrible job cleaning basically and started putting color on my nails horribly.   Really really horribly.  It was the worst job anybody has ever done for me.  Was just unbelievably shocking to watch her coloring.  I could have even done better myself than her honestly.   After coloring she put a top coat on the first two nails very THICK and then went  back to grab something.  When she came back she put another a top coating on the first two nails again THICK.  I mean it is a top coat.  Who put a nail top coat so thick?  It looked ridiculous and I couldn't stand any more, so I told her that she already put a top coating on them, but only thing she said "it's fine" and then she totally ignoring and kept coating others THICK of course.  So when I said it's too thick she got upset and mean and then started throwing stuff on the table and said "I will remove it for you then and do again"  VERY RUDE.   At that point, I just couldn't take it any more so told her remove all of them.  So she took all nail polish off and I asked her how much and told me $12.  I paid her and left.  I didn't even want to pay her and my friends told me I shouldn't have even paid, but I felt it was a right thing to do even if she didn't deserve any and was very rude and terrible.Obviously I am very upset and hopfuly I will get over it quickly and find a nail salon soon but I want people to know the truth and I don't want  the Richmond people to have the same experience as I do now.
