Have gone here several times and depending on who you get if it is good or bad. The last time I went the lady was more concerned with her phone kept stopping to check her phone and reply. Honestly the job was done poorly. Had paint all over my toes and felt very half a$$ed. Younger girl who did my toes wasn't friendly at all and I was the only one in the shop. I had my gel nails filled in two weeks ago.   The man that did them did a terrible job of shaping them.   They were different shapes and pointed in different directions.   He also burned me several times with the drill while shaping them.   When I went to a different place to have them filled 2 weeks later, the new place had to remove all of them (they just popped right off) and I had a fungus on my thumb nail.    Definitely don't recommend this place! Such a great experience! I've gone to so many nail salons all over Richmond and wouldn't have thought that one so close to my house would be amazing. I'm new in town so I found this nail salon very close to my house and decided to give them a try. Lilly did my nails and she was fantastic. I got a fill in and gel polish and my nails looked great. Cost was $30. The salon itself is clean but not the most up to date inside. But I loved Lilly so much I have decide this is my new nail place! Highly recommended! Read Less

Let me start by saying this was my first to get a manicure and pedicure. But I think it was great. I definitely went here because of all the great reviews they had. We arrived around 12:30 on a Monday. There were some schools that were closed but most were open. There were a few customers already being helped when we arrived. We waited about 15 minutes in the pedicure chairs for someone the come available. I mainly went because it was something my wife wanted to do and I wanted to go with her. It was funny how many people were staring at me. But that's fine. I liked that after she cut my nails she did a little massage of my calves. Then she had these hot rocks that she rubbed on my legs as well. After that she put hot towels on them. It was a great bonding experience for me and my wife. If I went back I would probably just get my toes done. I don't mind doing my own nails. But it was nice for someone to do my toes and get a little massage as well. A Read Less

Love this place!!! It's usually busy which is a good sign, but I've never had to wait too long. The staff does and excellent job and you can tell they really take pride in their work. Jade nails are very professional and they focus on sanitation to the limits !! The most cleanest salon in the southside of the river. They give all their attention to their clients and they make you feel at home. I go there for acrylic nails as well as pedicures. My hands are in different cleaning chemicals 5 days a week and my nail always stays on. I can go 3 weeks without a fill in and no lifting no breakage. Need I say more. Read Less

Well let me say the first review was when I had m pedi done and it was  exceptional. !!!Five stars!!!! My name is Pamela and I started coming here a few months back, yesterday I went back and had Michelle do my nails . I use to ware the long stiletto style but my nails had become extremely damaged due to the fills and drilling at other solons and I had broken a couple long story but my nails were tore up and hurting so bad. I went in to see Michelle almost in tears ask her to please help me figure out how to fix my nails since they were so damaged. She treated me so special and was so careful with my nails I needed that extra care  she  took her time with me thank you Michelle so very much my nails now look as if they are truly my own, short natural and beautiful!!!!  Michelle you did my nails so nice and I truly appreciate the time and care given by you!!!!!  Also has massage here but did not review it and it was as great!!!!! I found this place based on the other yelp review and decided to try it after my old nail salon came under new management.  I am soooo glad that I decided to try it.  It is near Woodlake in the same shopping center as the 5 Guys.  Excellent work and service and decent pricing.  The owner's mother is so adorable.  She walks around making sure that everyone is comfortable and handing out bottles of water to customers.  My nails have never looked better.  It can get busy in there so make an appointment or try to get in early.
