I have been going to Deluxe Nails for more years than I can count. Diana and Vu are good people and do excellent work. Their shop is very welcoming and clean. If I could give them a negative zero, I would! I had a uncomfortable and less than friendly experience at this establishment. From the beginning, I was trying to have a friendly conversation by asking if they watch Dr. Phil on their tv....a female nail tech responded (very rudely) by saying “that’s not the type of crowd we’re trying to attract”. There was an older gentleman that was polite & friendly, and I thought the other male nail tech was nice enough. Except at the end of our visit when I was paying, he argued with me about me tipping extra. Finally, I was so confused and frustrated,that I said “what is the problem, I’m just trying to give you and the older gentleman a $10 tip!”. My wife & stopped in here while visiting the area.  She needed a fill, so I figured I'd get a pedicure while she was getting her work done.  The place was busy, so we had about an hour wait - but it was worth it.  She was absolutely thrilled with her results, and I was pretty darn pleased with the pedicure I got - including the hot stone leg massage.  The staff was attentive and pleasant, they clean everything after each use, and it is a nice atmosphere.  It's too bad we're five hours away, because we'd make this our number one spot for a nail salon. If I could give them a 0 for customer service I would. I was out of town and looking for a nail salon to get a gel manicure and pedicure. I called the salon midday on a weekday to ask for pricing information and types of gel polish. The person who answered the phone cut me off in the middle of my question and told me that I should just come in because she could not give me the information over the phone. It was as if she did not have time to answer two simple questions. She was rude and I immediately told her that I would not be visiting the salon and would find services elsewhere. It is truly unfortunate that they were unable to answer simple questions especially since they do not have a website. I will never visit this salon and will tell my family and friends in the area to do the same. Simple customer service...it is a shame that it is often hard to come by. Read Less

The owner was extremely nasty. When I asked to many questions I was told that I was to picky and that he did not want my business any longer. This was only my 2nd time coming to the shop. I went in with my sister this particular day, but my whole family usually goes to this location. After what happened to me he not only lost my business, but the business of my family. On average we spend 85.00 visit and we go every 2 weeks. That works out to be roughly 5,000.00 worth of business that they lost, because I asked a question and wanted what I was paying for to be done correctly. I guess it was worth it for him to make that decision. I am a business owner and was very disappointed at the poor customer service that I received. I will not ever recommend this shop to anyone, PLEASE FIND ANOTHER SHOP TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT, THE OWNERS MOOD SWINGS ARE NOT COOL AND SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED. Read Less

I highly recommend this place. Vu and Diana were super sweet and personable. I got a gel pedicure and a full set. Everything turned out absolutely fabulous. They had really high quality products and they did an awesome job on my nails. This is coming from a nail perfectionist so it means a lot. This is probably my favorite salon in the area. I recently moved to Chesterfield and was looking for a good nail salon nearby. Based on other Yelp reviews, I ended up at Deluxe Nails. The staff was friendly but the manicure and pedicure was just mediocre. The pedicure was over in 15 minutes and I had to have her correct the filing on my big toe twice because it was slanted and crooked. My gel manicure was equally unimpressive. The color was applied uneven, leaving splotches and my nails are not smooth from where too much color was applied at the tips and pooled up. 2 of the 3 stars are simply for the nice staff but the overall services were a complete miss. I have been a loyal customer of this establishment since March 2012. Diane and Vu are experts in their craft and have always made me feel like a customer. I also consider them to be my friends. They have definitely looked out for me because of my loyalty to their business. This was the worse manicure and pedicure that I have ever received which cost me $45.00. I originally went in for a pedicure and to take off my acrylic and get new acrylic over my real nails but during my pedicure I changed my mind. The older gentleman did my nails and pedicure which he was nice but quality of service was so poor. I will never return here again. Read Less

Very friendly people and always an excellent experience. I always end up with a beautiful pedicure or manicure. They also do waxing and facials. I even bring my husband in for a pedicure and he enjoys every minute! I would highly recommend this place. They also sell gift cards! Read Less
