The staff was rude. We called ahead for 3 appts to get a pedi. When we got their no one was ready and they rushed to get all of our nails done. Plus the next day i noticed i didn't have 1 but 3 different infections in my foot. I would not go to this place again! Read Less

A friend and I decide to get mani-pedi's on the spur of the moment. We were at Panera for lunch so it was right there. We will never do that again. I called at 10am, made a 2:30pm appointment and they could not be bothered to help me when I walked in; 1 other customer and 3 techs; one of them sat in a pedi chair and told me to have a seat next to her; I sat for 10 minutes and finally asked was I going to get to soak my feet and who was going to do my nails, she had the audacity to point to the only one working and said HER! This place was horrible. The nail technicians at this location were extremely rude when asked to fix the mistakes they made while rushing to complete my daughter and my nails. The prices posted on the website are wrong and we didn't find out until after the service. They argued with me about the price and even when shown the prices they have posted online, they refused to honor them and basically charged me double. I will never return to this nail salon and I encourage you not to as well.Read Less

I called for a manicure and pedicure for my daughter and I to get done at the same time. Once we got there they only scheduled us for a pedicure for me but got her right. The lady which did my daughters nails was not friendly at all. She was very rude and the atmosphere is not what you should expect. The man who did my nails was not friendly either. Would not recommend this salon at all. My gel manicure barely lasted 2 days; nowhere close to the two weeks is was advised to last. The staff was not friendly to me or my mother.  If I could give this place a rating lower than one star I would. Read Less

I had my first mani and pedi today and sun nails was amazing.  I read many reviews from other salons and decided on sun nails and was definitely pleased with the results.  I made an appointment though I probably did not need one, others were walking in.  Linda spent time with me and made me feel like a queen when she was finished.  I will definitely go back.
