The customer service at this nail salon is inconsistent. I decided to give this place another chance when one nail tech was rude to me. Don't know what her problem was, but she acted like I was a bother. She was rough with my pedi, rolled her eyes at me when she thought I wasn't looking, and even dropped, not placed, my shoes at my feet when she brought them back to the drying station. Anyway, today I went with my mom, and another nail tech was very rude to her. I get it, lot...s of people are walking in, you don't know who came first, my mom gets forgotten. Now, one girl is told my mom came in first and goes to set my mom up for her pedi. She throws the tray on the ground, walks away, comes back and hands my mom the menu. My mom tells her she just wants the basic pedi, and then this girl throws the menu on the cart as she's walking away, and doesn't even acknowledge what my mom has just said to her. You see, I'm watching all of this happen as I'm getting my pedi. I've been going to this salon for about a year now, and I can tell you that most of the girls here are very attentive and kind. My advice to the other girls with the attitudes: you are working in the service industry, work on your mannerism. My advice to management: please, don't pretend like you don't know what's going on when a client comes to you with a complaint. I won't be going back to this place after the way my mom was treated. I'd been going to this salon regularly for nearly a year. Today I went in because my nails have become discolored after a no chip from a week ago. This has never happened before. The manager suggested that I did something to make my nails dirty. Her staff attempted to be helpful, but this manager's attitude was very off-putting and she offered no solution to the problem. First visit was phenomenal, probably because the guy (who partially owns the salon) was present. Second visit, absolutely menial at best. My pedicure water was cold, amongst asking for hotter water, I was laughed at & told "the water is hot already." Maybe she should've been giving herself the pedicure sitting in that water, but she wasn't. & It was far from Hot. Any who, the manicurist begins clipping my toe nails & goes down so far that it hurt. Upon me moving my foot back she looked up & said "Do you want them clipped or not?!" My roomie loves it, and I initially appreciated the convenience, Less than 5 minutes from home, yet the manicurists' attitude's were dreadful. I'll try to avoid encounters with them next time I'm there & go for the more professional friendly employees. Read Less
