I have given this place 3 chances, and was disappointed each and every time. They do not do a good job with pedicures, they do the bare minimum, felt that my feet were exactly the same when I walked out as I walked in. The girl who was doing my pedicure the last time, Ann, did not speak a word to me the whole time, when she finished she got up and left without saying anything. So I got up and went to pay, no body come to help me for at least 3 minutes because they were standing next to me huddling how they will or should keep track of the work they do, very rude that’s the simplest way to say it. Being able to relax is the best and this place makes it easy! I've never been to get my nails done where I wasn't immediately greeted. I usually get gel nails and a spa pedicure which includes a long leg/ foot massage. In the winter I will get paraffin wax and a stone massage. They remember details about you and ask relevant questions about family vacations, kids, life in general, etc. It is extremely clean with little to no fumes that make me nervous in other nail places. The staff works tirelessly to know and love the client base in the neighborhood as well as maintain a perfectly clean environment. Prices are a rage if not slightly low. I'm in about every two weeks. I've had my nails done four times in my life so i am not much of an authority on this, but the service was good. I've done a walk in with no trouble and haven't waited too long, i got an acrylic fill w/ gel polish and it looked good for two weeks. (it chipped on the third but i think that's because i have to wash my hands ten times a day for work) the prices are better than most from what I've seen good. Now, the reason i am giving them 3 stars is because they didn't seem like they were as sanitary as they could be, the woman didn't wear gloves and used what looked like a nail buffer from a drawer that had been used on other people. The environment and staff are wonderful. Clean and inviting. I've been a walk in twice with no wait but plan to schedule appts from here on out because I've found my go to. I have Anna and she is quiet and sweet. I can relax mentally while she gets to work. I've had her twice now and haven't had anyone else but I don't think I want anyone else because she knows my style perfectly. Read Less

Phenomenal job by Ly! I had gotten acrylics in DC and they looked terrible. I just came in for a pedi and Ly saw them and said she would fix them (without me asking). I went as a walk in to Deluxe, and I was absolutely THRILLED with the service! I am embarrassed I cannot remember the woman's name that did my nails but she was magnificent! The atmosphere was friendly, like a neighborhood hangout where everyone is a friend.  I made 2 new friends, which by the way, is so exciting for me, as we have just moved to Virginia from Illinois. Absolute worst experience getting a pedi today. I do not need to hear about how the employees houses are infected with hand and month virus!!! You're working in my feet!!! If I get sick you will be hearing from me again. Also, the terribly grumpy tech was awful. Didn't shape my nails at all and did the worst French paint job I've ever seen. She blamed me for cutting my nails wrong! It's her job to shape them! If you can't do French, don't say you can. I'll not be going there again! Read Less

Local nail salon that's been in the Mechanicsville area for quite a while. The staff is extra friendly! So friendly/attentive that they remembered me and my travel plans after not having been in for 6 months! And this isn't because they aren't busy...these girls are always busy.. and they do great work. My pedicures last a very long time as well as manicures. They do offer waxing services as well, though I have not used them.Friendly, modern salon/appliances, clean, great service and friendly... What more does one need for a nail salon? Read Less
