I didnt want to give this place any stars, but had to in order to comment. THIS WAS THE WORST PEDICURE I HAVE HAD TO DATE and Im 38 years old. NEVER AGAIN will I be back. My feet were not scrubbed go...
I didnt want to give this place any stars, but had to in order to comment. THIS WAS THE WORST PEDICURE I HAVE HAD TO DATE and Im 38 years old. NEVER AGAIN will I be back. My feet were not scrubbed good, the water burnt me, the guy couldnt paint nails right, got paint all over my new flip flops... just terrible. Mother's Day gift was ruin. I felt like this was a complete joke. Like I was on a hidden camera show. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Very happy client of Crystal Nails for five years. Jack was my nail tech at another shop and I was thrilled when I found him at his own shop. He, Kim, Tracy and the other techs do an excellent job in a clean, pleasant, inviting atmosphere!

I absolutely love coming here! Jack, Kim, and Tracy are fantastic! Jack is crazy with the nail art and Tracy is the best with pedicures! I won't let anyone else touch my nails!!!

I waited 45 minutes and was not helped at all! The staff helped two customer who walked in behind me! This used to be my favorite nail spa in Mechanicsville! I left and went to Fany Nails by Food Lion...

I love Crystal Nails. Have been a customer of Jacks since he first started at Nail Star. I travel from Bottoms Bridge to this salon because no one can do my nails with the expertise that Jack does!

The place is old and run down, but decided to give it a try because I was in the area. First of all, as soon as I sat down there was a bug on my pedicure chair. An older man did my pedicure and the water wasn't even warm at all. He hurt when he was using the tools on my toes and now a day later I have an area on my big toe that's red and looks like it's getting infected... my toenails were also filed really unevenly. I asked the owner if they had any of the gel polish on fake nails(like every other salon) so you could see what they look like and she replied "no I'm too lazy for that." For my gel manicure I asked for SQUARE shaped nails because my nails were really long and could be shaped finally and they are all rounded..the tips of my nails didn't even get polished and I had the polish in the creases of my nails a day later. The man also made my middle finger nail bleed on the side from cutting it into the quick and didn't even say anything. Just put some chemical on it that burned and proceeded. The work I got costed me $53. I will never go back and would give ZERO stars if possible. Spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere that's clean and cares about their work with properly trained nail techs!

Crystals Nails is a wonderful nail salon. Jack, Kim, Gwen, and Tracy do great work. They always greet me with a friendly smile and help make my nails healthy and attractive!!!

I love Crystal Nails! No other place can even come close to the outstanding work Kim, Jack and Nick do on my nails. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and go out of there way for you.

I was not satisfied with my service. Nick was wonderful. I asked to have my feet done in the paraffin wax and was told they don't do the feet only hands byJack and that is not true... Kim has done my feet before so I knew Jack didnt know what he was talking about... Since Kim has been gone on leave that place is not the same!! I can't believe what just happened. I've spent too much money at this shop to be treated like that and have sent clients to your shop...so on that note today was my last time being a customer. ..

one of my friends told me that the shop has new manager and they change everything in the shop and they do very good jobs to my friend's nails.she told me to come back and i did. everything is changed and all nail techs are family....>_

I didnt want to give this place any stars, but had to in order to comment. THIS WAS THE WORST PEDICURE I HAVE HAD TO DATE and Im 38 years old. NEVER AGAIN will I be back. My feet were not scrubbed good, the water burnt me, the guy couldnt paint nails right, got paint all over my new flip flops... just terrible. Mother's Day gift was ruin. I felt like this was a complete joke. Like I was on a hidden camera show. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

The place is old and run down, but decided to give it a try because I was in the area. First of all, as soon as I sat down there was a bug on my pedicure chair. An older man did my pedicure and the water wasn't even warm at all. He hurt when he was using the tools on my toes and now a day later I have an area on my big toe that's red and looks like it's getting infected... my toenails were also filed really unevenly. I asked the owner if they had any of the gel polish on fake nails(like every other salon) so you could see what they look like and she replied "no I'm too lazy for that." one of my friends told me that the shop has new manager and they change everything in the shop and they do very good jobs to my friend's nails.she told me to come back and i did. everything is changed and all nail techs are family....>_
