Not only did Eve not know what a fade was when I requested it (should have known then) but I even showed her a picture of exactly what I looked like after getting my hair cut last time. She completely botched it. At no point did she stop and ask how it was. Never again.

I have been going here for a little over a year and always had great service from Heather. I make my reservations one month apart and schedule them ever time I leave an appointment. I asked to reschedule an appointment on two occasions and they tried to penalize me the price of a full service without letting me know. I would have gladly rearranged my schedule to come in for the original appointment had I known they planned to penalize me over $70. The only thing that alerted... me to the penalty was the fact I had an old card on file and they had to call to get a new one. They lost a loyal customer who has spent hundreds of dollars on their services and products. They should at least have the common courtesy to let someone know they plan to charge them for something and not just rely on a disclaimer at the bottom of a website somewhere. I recommend going somewhere with a little bit more consideration for the way they charge/penalize their customers. See More

I've gone twice for beard trims. I've never gone for a hair cut. The first time I went was fantastic. The guy who cut my beard was super helpful and was able to give a lot of tips and advice.

I've gone twice for beard trims. I've never gone for a hair cut. The first time I went was fantastic. The guy who cut my beard was super helpful and was able to give a lot of tips and advice.
My second trip was less than satisfactory. The lady who cut my beard took way too much length off. At least it all grows back.
Atmosphere and ambience are both fantastic; though I will not be going back.

I have been going to the Grooming Lounge for years. They transform a hot lather shave into an experience. No smell of bay rum. No alcohol burn! Sure, I pay a premium for the service, but my time is valuable. I make a 5:00pm appointment and I am being greeted by my barber at 5:00pm. Not once in nine years has my barber interrupted service to take a call or respond to a text.

Not only did Eve not know what a fade was when I requested it (should have known then) but I even showed her a picture of exactly what I looked like after getting my hair cut last time. She completely botched it. At no point did she stop and ask how it was. Never again.

I've gone twice for beard trims. I've never gone for a hair cut. The first time I went was fantastic. The guy who cut my beard was super helpful and was able to give a lot of tips and advice.

I have been going to the Grooming Lounge for years. They transform a hot lather shave into an experience. No smell of bay rum. No alcohol burn! Sure, I pay a premium for the service, but my time is valuable. I make a 5:00pm appointment and I am being greeted by my barber at 5:00pm. Not once in nine years has my barber interrupted service to take a call or respond to a text.
