The first time I went here they did a fantastic job. I went back a second time and requested the same person. The second time she did a HORRIBLE job. I tipped her over 25% the first time, so I’m not sure why she treated me so differently. I got a pedi and eyebrow wax - both terrible. She didn’t even wipe off the excess wax from my eyebrows, and I left with a unibrow. I said “my eyebrows are sticky, can you please wipe them off” and “I still have a unibrow” and she pretended she couldn’t understand me. Yet she had no problem telling me to go to the ATM so I could give her a cash tip. Look, I am not going to the ATM and paying a fee so you can have a cash tip. Do you want the tip on the card or no tip at all. Anyways, I am never returning here which is a shame because it is in walking distance of my apartment. Read Less

Worst experience ever. Do not waste your time and your money at Tracy nails! Aggressive and unprofessional staff, unbelievable! Nails just look so BAD even a 4 yo kid could have done it better.

Will not be using this store again. Male technician had an attitude problem and was rude and argumentative. Overpriced and tried to charge me to £25 to paint my toes with gel polish. No pedicure just paint. Disappointing customer service as the young boy had no manners and insisted on trying to have an argument with me even though I wasn't speaking to him. Alleged that I was late even though he was busy with another customer when I arrived which resulted in my nails being started by someone else. Tried to support my local business, won't be making the same mistake again. Nail shops are a dime a dozen, I will take my business where it is valued. Avoid at all costs. Read Less

So I called over to Beauty Bar at 11:30, asked if they did "Acrylic GEL" fill's, she said yes... got a noon appointment and went over there is Tyson's lunch traffic. To find out that they don't have Acrylic GEL... only Acrylic POWDER. You can't fill Gel nails with Powdered Acrylic. Of course, she had no idea what I was talking about. The owner kept saying, you wanted a gel polish... no dumb a**... EVERYONE has gel polish, I need Gel to FILL my nails. Wasted time Read Less

First off, there are more surcharges here than my damn Verizon bill. I understand it's in uppity galleria but non-millionaires like myself notice these things. So let me tell you how I ended up paying $40 for an acrylic fill-in. I needed to kill time while I was in the area so I stopped in the mall since I had broken a nail. I get in and checked out the pamphlet with all the prices. $20 for a fill in, which isn't bad but when I asked the woman she said it was $15 and who am I to argue that? So of course I expected to be charged for the broken nail since I needed a new tip (+$5). Then I was told the oval shape of my nails would be extra (+$5), then again that my nails were long so that would be an extra charge as well (+$5). I said F it because I didn't feel like arguing and no one there seems to know enough English to actually hold any type of conversation. They talk to each other in their language but that's kind of the norm, I just expected some small talk of some sort. I had glitter polish on before which I know can be difficult to get off but this is why I go to professionals. Yet she didn't get it all off. Thank god the color I got was a darker green. The pinky nail she added the tip on doesn't even match the other pinky. Too thick and long. Then she points out that my acrylic was chipping on the edges on two nails (DUH that's why I need a fill) and says she's going to "repair" it. Little did I know this was an extra $3 per nail (+$6). Last I checked she was supposed to put fresh acrylic on the nail to begin with so I don't understand why I got charged for that. I was told not to argue with fools because spectators can't tell the difference, so I let it go and left frustrated. They really take advantage and try to get every last penny out of you. Including the tip (bc I'm a decent human being and all) it put me a little over $40 FOR A FREAKIN FILL! I definitely won't be returning. Read Less
