This is the nail salon from hell. Crappy attitudes from staff except for the young boy who didn't even look old enough to work there. Top dollar prices for garbage service and nails didn't last a week. They left me soaking in cold water for a half hour during pedicure. Do not go here. I hate my nails! I asked for French nails a week ago, there are bubbles in the finish and cracks in my nails and they are peeling and flaking!!! I spent $47 and got cracked, bubbles and flaky nails! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! Read Less

There was a guy in there a few years ago that went by "Big Daddy", he was amazing. Everybody loved him. He did mine about twice, I had a 3D design that was awesome. When I moved my finger the design seemed to move. One nail had confetti on it. Peice by peice! It seems when they get someone really good with designs they dont stay long. I believe they get jealous of the ones that are getting the work and find something to let them go. I wish I could find this guy again! My nails are gel and were done last Monday, July 6, today is the 17th, so it has not been two weeks. The owner was literally ignoring me and then finally said I don't know what you do with your nails, but it been two week, you need fill in. She argued the fact that I didn't come in last Monday and even tried to make me believe she was the one that did my nails, but all she done was the design. She didn't even do that right. I asked for petals and she did feathers. I let that ...go but they can't be courteous enough to fix my nails which you're employee messed up, I will not utilize your services again because you pretty much robbed me. Gel is supposed to last 21 days it hasn't even two weeks yet. Right is right and wrong is wrong. You're just wrong. I'm going to to the BBB next and contacting the franchise too.
