Red Nails did an amazing job making my expereince well worth it! From the moment I sat down I was pampered and cared for. Just in for a regular pedicure, it became clear that their standard pedicure is similar to what many other nail spas charge extra for. In addition to have the pedicure, I also was given a remarkable hand/arm massage and had the manager/owner offer abundant joy! I just moved here from Virginia. When I first moved to Martinsville, VA I had a REALLY hard time finding a good salon so I expected to struggle with finding one here too. I got home late last night & all the salons closest to me were closing up. I was greeted & signed in right away, the wait was short, the front wall was covered with a ton of polish choices & it was super clean. A tip for everyone!! I suggest to call into their salon to make an appointment. Why? Because they are so SO incredibly understaffed! A appointment will give you first place in line, otherwise, what I’ve witnessed from other ladies, you’ll have to wait an agonizing 30+ minutes!! I been here and it is with an appointment! I've been coming for the last two weeks and will never return. Had to literally wait after 2 tech's got started on me and my daughter while they did other's coming in. I went in for a pedicure with my mom, and I asked the lady three times about a polish color. Each time I asked she ignored me while looking me straight in the eye. Red Nails never has enough people working, and this isn't the first unpleasant experience members of my family or me have encountered. If I could rate this place zero stars, I would with no doubt. My daughter went and got her nails done told them what she wanted they done nothing she wonted .when she ask them to fix them the way she wonted they told her it would be extra they left polish on the sides if her nails and polish on the palm of her hand how that happened is crazy but do not go to this salon Read Less

The worst visit I've ever had to a nail salon. Some of My nails were only 3/4 done and my fingers were All bleeding ! The guy said he was gonna discount but the bill Should normally have been $74 and with a discount it was $ 84 so I just paid because at that point I just wanted to get out!!!!!!! Read Less
