I really wanted to like this place... however I should have taken heed to the warnings when I took a half of day from work just for my massage appt and arrived to find out it wasn’t properly booked. The receptionist remembered the conversation and I had record of the call... my name was even in the system yet still the appt wasn’t properly input. But oh well... we’re only human so though no compensation was done (monetary nor service) for me missing time from work... I chalked it up to human error. It happens. Fast forward to my massage...I paid for 1 hr massage and received less than 45 mins in the massage room altogether. I walked in at 1230 and proceeded to get undressed. With the massage starting within about 5 mins...and at 1:12pm (42 mins later) it was over and I was already dressed. I literally checked my phone Bc I felt it was short and I texted my missed call back to have a time stamp. The massage was average. Not the best but not the worst. I still left a tip to my therapist Bc she was a nice lady... all in all my experience just wasn’t great. I was asked how my day was by someone in the front as I paid but not about my experience so I left without a word. The best review is either repeat business or never to return. However I was urged to provide feedback by others...and to pay for an hour... and receive a 40 min massage was abnormal and unacceptable. Aside from the fact their scheduling error had already inconvenienced me—i didn’t expect MORE than I paid for... but I also would’ve thought I got a few extra mins for the trouble not shortchanged. I won’t be returning... at least not for massage. PLUS: The staff seemed friendly. The room smelled great. The atmosphere was calming CONS: Didn’t get full massage time. 1/3 of the massage was cut! (20 mins!) Massage was average to be expected from Miller Motte students at a student rate. Scheduling conflicts with no fix to correct it (had to switch my date/time/masseuse last minute) Would I recommend: No. Not for massage. Read Less

Friendly, welcoming staff, great prices I came to Personal Touch Spa as a brand new client. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I met with Lindsey about my needs and she was absolutely wonderful! I have a physical disability and her focus was on how to meet my needs in the best way possible for me. She asked me what methods and adjustments would work for me and LISTENED to my feedback. I can't tell you how wonderful that is! She did a great job too! I will definitely be going back! Read Less

I decided to book myself a spa day! I scheduled an hour long massage along with a mani/pedi. Pros: When I arrived, the front desk attendant was very welcoming. I then was greeted by Haley, my massage therapist for the day. The massage room was soooo calming! She had Himalayan salt lights, a light air diffuser running and soft orchestra music going. The room was a little tight in space but since it was just me, it was fine. Haley did an amazing job focusing on areas that I stated were problems which were my shoulders. After getting my massage, my pedicure came immediately after. My nail tech (Shannon) was very friendly, thorough and did an amazing job on my fingers and toes. She made conversation and was not rough with me. She took her time and did a great job! Overall, Personal touch is a quaint, personal spa that has very friendly and knowledgeable people. The decor is great ! They also have Groupons for their services!! Cons: Only con I have is that my massage therapist didn’t get a chance to get to my lower back, which is a problem area for me due to car accidents. She focused a lot on my upper body and shoulders (which was alright because today I had a stressful day and she probably really felt that). All in All, I definitely will be returning! I enjoyed my massage! My co-worker would always talk about the salon, so when it came up on Groupon I decided to purchase a voucher. The lady i had was small and petite, but very good. My only complaint is that the room was a little brighter than I would have liked. But I couldn't say anything because it was from the window. It would be nicer if they added some darker curtains. I enjoy little light when I'm getting a massage. Plus I had the onset of a migraine. I would go back. They offer a lot of services. Read Less

She was patient and friendly, and even endured my daughter's 1,473,875 questions, complaints about not being able to "soak her feet" for longer, 10 different polish selections, and general wigglyness. She even gave her a flower with a sparkle in the middle for each hand, which was the best thing ever, according to my Annie. We will definitely be back! Read Less

I had a bikini wax done at Personal Touch. The lady who did mine, Lindsey, did a great job. She made sure I was comfortable and was quick and efficient. She was also very friendly and easy to talk to. Besides that, though, there was a problem with scheduling. I had made an appointment for 11:30, and they switched my appointment to 11:15 but did not tell me. This resulted in me getting a text from them saying that I was a no-show for my appointment. Thankfully, we were able to resolve it, but they really need to be more organized and not switch customers' appointments without even asking them. Read Less
