I have been to many different nail salons here in Lynchburg, and many has disappointed me, but none like beautiful nails. I don’t even know where to start! I went in to get a fill-in with gel polish which starts at $25. I broke a couple nails so my total came $30. I was okay with that. I give him (I do not know his name) my DEBIT card, he says it’s decline.. I tell him it has to be something wrong with their system bc I know there is money there. I have the app so I pulled up the app to prove to him that there is in fact money in my account.. he swipes it again, and I look over like, “hey hey hey, don’t swipe it again because it could be charging me because I know it’s money there.” By this time everyone is looking at me and I’m feeling embarrassed. He come over like, “decline decline!” Im trying to tell him that it’s something on his end. I give him my CREDIT card to charge it there and that works.. while I’m signing for my credit card I get a text indicating the transaction of $30 from my DEBIT card was successful. So right now I’m furious. I called my bank and asked them just to assure before I decided to make a scene. The representative confirms the transaction from my DEBIT card was successful, and asked to speak with the manager there to give her a confirmation number or something and the Asian lady did not want to talk. She kept repeating herself. I told them that once I got my statements in the mail at the end of the month indicating I was charged TWICE for a fill-in ($60) (once on my debit card and once in my credit card) I was coming back to get my money. I cannot believe the experience I had with them.. and to make matters worse my nails look horrible. He couldn’t get them even; I got frustrated and told him “never mind, forget it, I’ll file them myself when I get home.” They’re fat and wide, and slightly slanted at the edge.Not to mention my left thumb has completely peeled off a layer. Once I find out how to post a picture on here I will. Do not! & I repeat, DO NOT waste your time or your money on this raggedy ass shop! First and last time! Never again. Great place to get nails done. Clean and quick. They're currently updating their decor. Friendly folks who know what they are doing and have very reasonable prices. $12 for a regular manicure!And they are great when you just drop in. No appointment necessary. Read Less

Went in for a pedicure, fill in, and eyebrow wax. They sat me at a pedicure station told me to put my feet in luke warm water and left me there for 30 minutes. The water became cold and I finally got up and left. Will never return! Read Less

They don't have REAL GEL NAILS. They tried to give me acrylic with gel polish and I was like nah. So I'm like what am I paying for?? She says, "gel powder." I'm like what!!! Gel isn't a powder you're putting on acrylic then want to give me a gel polish that's not what I want!! Needles to say I'm in there too long BC they are slow. If I was only getting acrylic ok, they do fine. I only come here once Evey year when I don't feel like driving across town to my usual. And no new polish, same polish they had year ago. I took a 6 months break from nails. I was like lady If you don't do REAL GEL just say so its OK. She was looking all confused. So the only thing I can say is get knowledge on what you want BC these salons try to make you pay for gel when they don't even use nothing but gel polish. I have gel polish at home shoot. That's not what I wanted. If you want acrylic that's fine, they do that OK but they are slow and pedicures aren't that great. Like I said I have a usual spot but I swing in here once a year. I used to be a reg here years ago before these ppl took over. I am not usually picky and let them do what ever. But I wanted real gel BC my nails suffered with acrylic and I didn't want to go back to it. That lady made me mad and frustrated. Probably won't be coming back here ever again. I came in to get a regular pedicure and was sadly disappointed. The place itself is dingy and the color selection is slim at best. The use the electric tool used to put on fake nails in your feet and do not change the pad! They barely cleaned the chair and base before it was my turn for my pedicure and to dry your toes after a pedi you sit in front of a fan! A VERY dirty nail file (with skin on it!) was used on my toes, overall I was disgusted and would not recommend this experience to anyone. Read Less

My favorite place in Lynchburg to get my nails done. Decent color selection & brands, although a few are out of date.  Customer service is superb with friendly, considerate staff.  Prices are affordable. Read Less
