Worst experience ever! The man who did my nails rushed through the process! I told him I needed shorter nails because I worked in the medical field and they were all super long! They were also unever and the acrylic covered the sides of my fingers. He then busted my skin with the electric file. I would not recommend this olace. Had to have them removed and redone. Read Less

Thu is awesome, I’m very picky when it comes to my nails, only suggestion I have is make an appointment with her because she’s that good. I’ve seen some of negative reviews and don’t understand why. I just moved to locust grove and was very spectacle about it since there’s slim picking to nail shops in area. I have great faith in Thu and let her do her thing, I have not been disappointed yet. Absolutely horrible experience. I was rushed to pick out a color. Shop was very crowded. I came in for a gel fill in. The work was very sloppy. My nails were all different shapes (which i requested square round) and the paint looked like a 5 year old had done it. The tech cut my cuticles in many places on different fingers. Completely disappointed considering I paid $30 for a fill that would had cost me around $18 at a place that could had done 10x better. Will never consider another place than my usual. Thought I would try Divine bc it was close to home but I’d rather go the extra distance in gas for a better job on my nails. Read Less

Always a treat to have a moment of pampering here! I have had acrylic nails, pedicures, eye brow waxing and regular manicures - all have been great!  Love the staff and clients are always super friendly too. Even my children love to get pampered here.  I recently was able to go with my mom on her first pedicure. As a gift she was given the spa pedicure- sea salt scrub, mudding and a hot towel treatment- she now has returned every few weeks for an uplifting treatment of self worth and beauty. Read Less

I'm relatively new here and just visited today for the 2nd time. An older gentleman took care of me and was beyond fabulous! He really paid attention to detail which is so important to me as I will drive myself crazy over the slightest snag or imperfection. ;) Not a single issue today and I'm one happy customer. Took my wife, mother-in-law and daughter for a mother's day mani-pedi. Had to wait a little while even though we had an appointment. Other than having to wait, they people there were very nice and did a really nice job. All three did gel nails and it is almost father's day and my wife still has some of her gel nails left. My daughter gel nail lasted a little over a week. All three said they had a great time and were very happy with the results. Total cost was a around $110. I went in earlier today and scheduled an appointment for 3:30, and even though I arrived about ten minutes late I waited two minutes (and that was just because I didn't notice my nail tech trying to get my attention!) The place was quiet and very clean, and I have never had a more attentive nail tech. She made sure I was in no pain and shaped and styled my nails exactly how I wanted them. I don't understand this place!!! Yesterday I went to see them at 5:30 and they were busy, but very unprofessional when I asked for a mani and pedi....said there was a long wait maybe come back tomorrow..... Understood, but then I came back and asked for the same...not busy...and were told there was no hot water! But 1/2 of the customers were getting pedis... I then said I'll just get a manicure...she looked around and then just went back to her desk and said pick out a color...what happened to customer service????? I have gone there a couple time i really liked it at first then it started to get bad. often when i would go the nail tech that was helping you would also be helping another client at the same time. That i normally don't have a problem with unless i am on a time crunch and then that get aggravating. They do awesome designs and have good ideas too! That is the reason i went there so many times. Then they got a new girl or someone i hadn't seen in there and she was very inappropriate either with her outfits that she was wearing or just her attitude. I don't want to see someones butt cheeks, thong or any other types of panties when i am getting my nails done.... your young, cute yea i get that but you are at a nail salon not the club, and past couple of times i have been there she was too and just... i don't know just not what i expect to see. that's just my opinion. maybe the other people like to see her vagina i don't know. again just my opinion. Attitude it wasn't just her that would argue with me cause i would want gel on top of not gel polish. It can be done it wont crack just kept on and on telling me i couldn't do it till i got to the point that i said well if you don't want to do it then i can go somewhere else and have it done then she was "no no i will do it for you". It never cracked been doing it for years.  but other than those things its a good place my nails always looked nice after i got them done there. i would go there again if i didn't have to argue with what i want done and didn't have to see that girls panties/butt. but again someone may like that so its just my opinion. Loved this salon.  It was clean and the techs were kind and funny.  Cindy did my toes and even gave me the cute design I found on Pinterest.  I could not be more pleased.  I made a drive to meet friends from Culpeper, and it is out of my way to go here, butI will gladly go back. I was visiting a relative in LOW when we tried out Divine Nails. We were greeted by several different people and the staff are very friendly. The setup is very warm and comforting. Everyone greets you with a smile and that's unforgettAble. I love how they have a pedicure room with relaxing music playing in the background. Everything seems do clean and everyone seems so professional as well as personal. Even though it was very busy that day, they still took their time on my pedicure. I'm very impressed with my pedicure as well as the leg massage. They definitely need a salon like this out where I live. I couldn't resist giving them a 5 star review as they deserve it!
