Second visit: first time was nice except that I asked for my white tips to be short : my preference. Heather did them, the way she liked and it was satisfactory. Leo was awesome for pedicure.Today's visit: very different. I once again said, as she started the fill, remember I want the white tip short. She started speaking to me in a very, very harsh raised voice stating that she had been doing nails for 16 years, and that she will do them the way they need and if once done, she will redo if needed. Other customer sitting next to me look horrified, as did the other techs. She then started speaking in Vietnamese and the other staff looked embarrassed as she was clearly speaking about me. I reminded her nicely that I was the customer, and would appreciate it if she would do them the way I was requesting. Once done, she held my hand out to show other customer that she was excellent at her work. The white tip was too long again but I had already decided that I would not return. Everyone else in salon is lovely. Customer saw me an hour later in store and shared how salon's reputation is failing because she speaks to other techs in a condescending manner as well.She also insisted in again, a very loud, almost yelling at me, that my nails "had lasted over a month, may a couple": I told her it had been about 3 weeks.........she insisted that "No, it had been a couple of months, she remembered."
