Phenomenal massage from the best, Amy Lamb, at Simply Bliss. Thank you for helping get the kinks out of my back. There is a lot services at this spa, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. It's a bit in a secluded area, but what better way to relax than to drive through the country side.

Each time I go to Simply Bliss I enjoy the smiles and friendly atmosphere.
Rebecca has been very helpful when setting up appointments or leaving a message.
Misty has been my hair dresser since I moved here in 2004. She is very knowledgeable - she has helped me with every thing from selecting the best shampoo and conditioners or hair styles that will enhance or makeup application. She has become a personal and wonderful friend.She has answered all my questions and concerns. Recently I mentioned that my frosting made my scalp red and itchy. She solved
this by adding a soother to the frosting mix - and now I do not have
any reaction to frosting.
Misty is also very knowledgeable about our community and the resources available.
I do not hesitate to recommend Misty to my friends. My daughter from North Carolina has an appointment when she visits.
I am very thankful for Misty and her staff at Simply Bliss. They always
help me feel great when I leave. They are also comforting when needed.
I will continue to see Misty for all my hair styling: I have enjoyed other services such as facials - and again they have been wonderful every time I visit.
Recently one of my children was having some redness on face and neck. Charity had started me on a very practical effective facial treatment. As my children inherited my tendencies of skin, I was able to share my experiences and recommended the same treatment . Both of us have
wonderful glowing faces. After each facial treatment every one wants to know who was creating such a glow - and I did not hesitate to share my experiences. A side effect of the facial is relaxation.
Again I would not hesitate to recommend Misty and staff at Simply Bliss.

Great place! I recently moved to King George and found this wonderful nail and hair salon! Friendly staff and finding a new salon when you move is hard! I am so glad I found this place!😊

I received a gift certificate for Christmas for a facial. It was the best facial I have ever had. That's saying a lot since I'm a senior citizen. I look forward to returning for other services.

I have been going to Simply Bliss since they opened. They always make you feel like family. The lady's are so much fun. I can have a bad day and going there with all the conservation with all of them makes you feel good.
You don't have to be in their chair to talk and laugh. I have been going to Jenny even before she went to Simply Bliss and do not think of ever going
any where else.

Very relaxing and totally inviting. My favorite things were the super friendly staff and the welcoming decor. Oh and it smelled absolutely divine when I walked in the door. I absolutely loved this place. I did not feel unwelcomed or detect any snobbery from anyone like you typically feel at salons. I was treated very well and with care.

I wouldn't trust any other salon with my hair.As a very loyal and pleased customer of SB I would just like to say something about a negative review that was given unfairly by Mary B. Mary, I was in the salon when your daughter got her hair done. I understand that you didn't like the short hairdo that your daughter requested. Kylee cut and colored her hair exactly as she was asked and did an amazing job!! Your daughter is a beautiful young woman & was very pleased with her hair! In the end that's all that matters...that WE are happy with OUR hair. I'm sorry that you didn't like but she loved it.Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but reviews should only be left by the person receiving the service. Simply Bliss is wonderful! I always have a great experience. I followed my stylist there from The Upper Room Hair Salon and love the look and feel of Simply Bliss. My stylist is Amber Brezovic, and she is as wonderful as they get. I was a floater for a long time, but had Amber one and never went to anyone else again! She is now like family to my mother and I. She always knows what i want and does it even better than I could have imagined! Homecoming and Prom hair and make-up, perm, cut, style, and dye - she ALWAYS does amazingly! Everyone there is very sweet and they are so flexible! I called for highlights on a whim one day and Amber had me in an hour later and worked her magic! I love this place and would suggest it to anyone! Amber has even done my grandfather's hair! She can do anything! So ask for her, Amber Brezovic. You will be very happy to have a wonderful new stylist AND friend!

I really wanted to like this place, the people were so friendly, but the wax was very painful. I told the technician about different waxes that weren't so painful and she was very interested and said she was going to research them. I really hope she does. I've never had a wax hurt that bad and, two months later, I'm still dealing with in-grown hairs from the experience :(

Never Again! My husband got me a gift certificate from 804 half off, stating it was worth $70 dollars. The salon is literally in the middle of nowhere; I was very hesitant to even go in. I had scheduled a haircut (brought a picture) of what I wanted and scheduled an eye and lip wax. The waxing was first, the room was already dirty as I was brought in. The hairstylist ripped my face off!! Not only were my eyebrows mismatched (one was longer than the other) she either plucked or waxed my face off, I literally left with 2 scabs over my eyebrow (I will be posting the picture). Wasn't happy with the haircut either and it looked nothing like the picture I brought in. As I went to use my gift certificate, the woman informed me it was only for a facial and no other services. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE FINE PRINT ON THE BACK OF THE gift card. So not only did I drive 1hr each way for a shitty haircut, scabbed eyebrows but I had to pay for it. Put it this way now I have a Gift certificate for a facial, b/c the place sucked I will not be back for the facial even if it's free.

Found this salon with a google search. Staying in Dahlgren for several weeks for work, and with the recent weather found myself with a day off...so called to get a same day haircut/highlight appointment. The owner, Taryn, was wonderful, and took me personally. She did a fantastic job, and wouldn't let me leave until I was 100% satisfied with the cut, color and styling. The shop is very tastefully decorated, all the ladies are friendly, conversation flowed, and there was a steady stream of satisfied customers. They offer special discounts on the Facebook account, and offer a nice 10% discount for all MILITARY! Absolutely recommend and would come back again!
