Spent well over 100$ and very unsatisfied the argued with me over my choice of what I wanted and then didn't fill my daughter or my nieces nails properly they were worried about rushing to make more money and not satisfying current customers who were in the shop. I stopped here to get powder dip for my nails plus  a pedi and a bit of waxing. I also had a 15 minute chair massage which was lovely.  The nail techs are  not experienced with the powder process, and did not start with the base powder. Within 24 hours all of my nails had split, cracked and chipped. I had to find another shop to redo all of them. The workers were very nice. They need more education. Read Less

I love coco and her new crew. She is very professional and will try to paint any design you want her to make. She has upgraded her shop over the years and got rid of one of the annoying workers who was unprofessional and weirded me out. All in all CoCo has really stepped up her game. The people that work there are very nice but I would never go there again honestly. To start off with the water was literally cold and I got a French pedicure that I could have done a better myself, and they barely did anything pedicure wise besides painting. Plus they used paper towels to rest my feet on and dry them off with. Just very low scale and tacky. Read Less

I got my eyebrows waxed and a decided to get acrylic nails put on as well. It hasn't even been a week and my nails are already coming off.... 4/10 are gone and the rest are half off already. Probably won't be back.Read Less

Just horrible. The lady who did my nails completely ruined my already full set of nails. On my way back to Woodbridge I stopped for a call, then decided to maybe save time get my nails done here. What a mistake, I can't begin to say how bad the salon ruined my already decent acrylic nails. She asked if I wanted them cut down and I said "yes" just a little. So what should have been a trim, fill-in and simple polish looked like short, pointy, stubby arrows with a horrible coat of red polish. I was so upset and disgusted that I didn't want to spend another moment trying to tell her to fix it. Not to mention the shape is so crooked it looks like she did it blindfolded. The shop is not as clean and orderly as other places in town, and the lady who did my pedi made my toes bleed. I've not had that happen anywhere else. Their prices are pretty good, but I probably won't go here again.Read Less

Fair prices. The place is more on the clean end than some others in the area and their work is very good. The reason for the four stars is because they tend to get fairly busy and don't ever seem to have enough staff on hand to offset the customer flow. Read Less
