I have been going to this salon since they opened it is conveniently located, clean and usually the service is good. I have met the owner and he was always kind and professional. I visited recently and wanted two services, however the nail tech asked if I wanted to upgrade one service I initially said no. When I was seated I changed my mind and said I wanted the upgrade and she looked at me with an irritated look and snarky smile never acknowledging my request. She retrieved the wrong polish and when she realized it went back to get the right one speaking in her language and slamming the cabinet. Needless to say the other women were looking at me. She proceeded to provide the initial service without the upgrade (which was fine because I was short on time and don’t mind saving my money) sloppily doing my nails (I’ve had better service there before). After she finished I paid my bill and even left a kind tip since that would be my LAST visit to this salon. I like the owner, but the men and younger females are kinder and more professional. This day there were all older women working. My tech behaved as if she was doing me a favor and I noticed how she acknowledged and was almost jumping out her seat when two caucasian customers walked in. I’ll take my money back to Kings Hwy or Maryland shops where I’ve gotten better service.

Went in for a pedicure and left with a butchered toe nail hurt like an sob, a cut on the bottom of my foot, and some sort of itchy infection/rash. Staff was cold and hardly acknowledged my presence, massage chair was uncomfortable and didn't even work and when I walked in and requested a pedicure the staff snickered and talked to each other in Vietnamese, probably because I was a man asking for a pedicure. Happy feet, haply life. Don't go here.

F-I-N-A-L-L-Y Home Sweet Home! So, for the LAST 2 years I've been searching for a decent nail salon! Voile.....here it is. Not only is it decent, but it is by far the BEST I've found in the last 10 years. The service is professional AND courteous! ALL of the staff is soooo very FRIENDLY! I cannot tell you how important it is that a business is friendly. This business however goes even beyond that! I was so sleepy (at the end of the day). I arrived there around 7 pm. They gave me a pillow to rest my back on. Now, that goes beyond friendly...that is KINDNESS. YES, this business is as good as it gets....ANYWHERE....DC, Maryland and VIRGINIA! Ms. Tina you go girl! You know what it takes to make your clientele happy! You have got a new REGULAR client....a HAPPY new client! Daniel who did my nails---you ROCK son--my nails are VIVACIOUS!!! Mrs. Q---the toes are absolutely GORGEOUS! Did I say they did not RUSH me out the door. Nails were completely dry. Toes were completely dry. I was smiling from ear to ear. Thank you C Nail 2 Spa! Any $$$ I have for feet, nails, eyebrows "the works" SHALL be spent at C Nail 2 Spa!

They staff is wonderful and my nails and feet turn out nice everytime. I like this place but they charge you for every little thing like few nails fell off and had to pay for them to be replaced when i got a manicure at other places they dont charge xtra to have your dead skin removed usually included in pedicure they charge $5dollars xtra other than that the staff is nice and service is good.

Although my nails came out looking nice, this place is not up front about their prices. I went for a fill in and was charged $35. When I asked why so much, the woman stated that it was $20 to have my nails filed down. She did not mention that when she asked me if they were short enough, (I have a length restriction due to my job). They overcharged for something that typically costs $3-5 (filing down length). Will not return.

Clean salon with massage chairs and lots of nail colors to choose from. I was very hesitant to try a new place (again) since I'm moving ALL the time. I was pleasantly surprised. I got a great mani and pedicure. The massage was the best last! I'll be coming back in two weeks for my routine spa time ! I noticed they also do facials, eyebrow waxing and eyelashes extensions!

Unhappy!! My daughter got ditched at the UV table for over 30 minutes when a "favorite" client came in! We sat & waited, were basically ignored & forgotten! NO TIP!!! NO 2ND CHANCES!!

I have been going to this salon since they opened it is conveniently located, clean and usually the service is good. I have met the owner and he was always kind and professional. Went in for a pedicure and left with a butchered toe nail hurt like an sob, a cut on the bottom of my foot, and some sort of itchy infection/rash. They staff is wonderful and my nails and feet turn out nice everytime. I like this place but they charge you for every little thing like few nails fell off and had to pay for them to be replaced when i got a manicure at other places they dont charge xtra to have your dead skin removed usually included in pedicure they charge $5dollars xtra other than that the staff is nice and service is good.
