I normally love this business. Unfortunately on the day before my graduation I had scheduled an appointment a week ahead of time. Once I arrived I sat down and waited. 5 mins later I was asked if I had an appointment. I replied yes. 15 mins passed I was asked to come back because they dont take walk ins. I replied that i wasn't a walk in that i had scheduled an appointment for 1:00pm. The customer she was helping said she was scheduled for the same time. I was frustrated and just walked out. This event had put an dent in my plans being that it's really nothing in this area. I have not been in there since this event. I do not recommend this place. I do not like wasting my time and for someone to over book theirselves then treat me like I am a liar I am so disappointed and will not be returning.

I have been going to Nail Expo for years. Charlie and Kim are AWESOME!! Always ready to work with you and their work is truly exceptional! I highly recommend them.

Nail expo is a wonderful salon. Kim and Charlie cater the their customers. It is a great atmosphere every time I go in there. This is the only place I have had no problem with my nails popping off bet...
Nail expo is a wonderful salon. Kim and Charlie cater the their customers. It is a great atmosphere every time I go in there. This is the only place I have had no problem with my nails popping off between visits. Last summer I smashed my finger with a hammer. It shattered not only the acrylic but also my nail. I called Kim and she said come right away, I fix for you. Not only did she save my finger nail but you could not even tell it had been shattered. I highly recommend Nail Expo to everyone.

This salon applies the best acrylic nails ever...and I've been using them for many years. However, the salon is not spick and span, not too organized and had heavy aroma of the acrylic stuff. I keep going back because of the skill of the techs.
