My girlfriend got her nails done here after I bought a Groupon. The nails are apparently mediocre and there were two cuts she received from removing cuticles. The younger woman was very nice. The older woman was quite rude to us probably because we were young. She seemed to be nicer to older customers.

Been going for quite a few years now and it's always a great experience. Love the newly upgraded chairs and the relaxing background music. Get the "Spa Pedicure" and you will have happy feet!!!

Please if you read this, please take this advice, save your money and don't go there! I really had bad experience with this place.
1. I went there because I got my Groupon deal, the first visit was so nice and Lee who is the owner offered to me a membership, I thought it was a great deal until my second d appointment, they start doing terrible, but I did not say anything because I was stuck in this stupid membership
2. My nails fall off after a week and they always blamed my job ( cause I wash my hands often)
3.- one day arrived 5 minutes late to my appointment and lee was gone, young told me that I was late so he left, come on for 5 minutes??? In my other appointments when I was on time they take care of me sometimes 15 or 20 minutes later
4._ I was going on a trip to Mexico so I went to do my nails and instead to go other place to do my pedicure i decided to do it in there, i did not have too much time, so i bought other groupon deal, I got the most expensive, guess was the deluxe but they never did what the description on the page said, no hot rocks, nothing. On my next visit I told about it to Lee and his answer was.. " next time When you BUY a pedicure I will give you a discount ??? Really???? That's all you can do for me? Terrible
5.- I did not go to my last 3 months of contract because I was so tired of spent my time in there and 4 days off my nails were a mess.
6.- so finally, december is here and my contract is over, I was so excited!!! But not! Problems still on my way... it is April and they still are charging me every month even when my contract is over. I spook with Lee about it on January, he told me he is going to fix it and still they are charging me!!!!
So please safe your money and future hazards! This places SUCKS !

Bought a Groupon ticket , made the required online appointment, drove for 30mns just to find the place closed, and hour BEFORE closing time, call the store while standing there in dismay, owner tells me that the last clients are being taken care of as of now and there's not enough time for today. I then proceed to tell him that I'm standing outside and there's no one present. What a lie!

I went there for the first time last week and used a Groupon for a full set of gel nails.Everyone is very friendly but long story short, by the time I got home that evening one nail was chipped. By day 4 all but 2 chipped and they look so bad. Will not be returning. I really was hoping this place would work out for me but it didn't. I will not be returning.

Had a good experience here during my gel mani ($36) appointment with Young. She helped me find the color I was looking for, painless job with clipping my cuticles and painting my nails. Conversation was flowing and I was in and out within 40 minutes without feeling rushed. My second visit wasn't nearly as good when I asked only for a polish change-- some nails were painted crookedly near the cuticle and they started peeling less than 2 weeks in.This spot is clean and was recently renovated. It's conveniently located in Herndon's old town and there's (free?) street parking nearby and a parking lot right next to the building.It's true what the other reviews say-- the owner has a bit of an attitude unless you're a loud soccer mom. He can't take your money with a smile or remember that he offered you 10% off on the phone as a first time customer, but does remember to ask "I thought you wanted a pedi too?" A little respect and good manners go a long way as a business owner, just saying. There are better spots in Herndon a mere 5 minutes drive away.

I saw there was a Groupon for here and I would call in and the receptionist kindly told me I can come in now. Things popped up and unfortunately I couldn't make it in. Today instead of calling I went in and the receptionist told the owner he wasn't able to take me given he had an appointment set up at another location and he interrupted and said no that he can have time to take me. As I was about to sit down I am formed him that I had a Groupon and immediately he turned me away. It seems as if I didn't tell him that I had a Groupon and would've payed full price he would've still taken me. As a business owner I want to say you going to take somebody coupon or not you still take them and not pick and choose after knowing you have a coupon.

Absolutely love this place! I went in right before the holiday season without an appointment with unexpected time off(sorry!!!). They fit me right in and did an amazing job. I've gotten so many compliments on my nails! I love the gel- they make my nails so much stronger. I usually break my nails at work a lot and haven't had a problem at all. Can't wait to get my nails done again soon :)

The salon was recommended by a lady a work while.visiting the area. Made appt online, very easy although it seems you can book appt easily with the same person 10 mins apart, seems not realistic. Anyhow, I got liquid gel nails. I was expecting no drilling but that was not the case. He did drill very lightly. I hope it didn't damage my bed nail as that is my biggest complain with artificial nails. Le did a good. My nails look really pretty. I hope it last as it cost $50.

I have been going to this salon for at least five years for all of my nail care. They provide great service. The salon is clean and well maintained. The massage chairs for pedicures are so relaxing and comfortable. If you really need to unwind try their spa pedicure. Whenever my mother in law comes in town for a visit we always make a time to go into the salon for spa pedicures together. I always get great pedicures and manicures from the technicians. I often receive compliments from co-workers and friends on how great my nails look. If you want to get your nails done for a special occasion try their color gel.

I've tried this place a few times because it is so close to my home but unfortunately with the same results. They are expensive and not for any particular reason that I can see. I have begun having french gel put on my nails for business purposes, and the last time I was there the lady started and after an hour she was told to move and a man who I perceived to be the owner stepped in b/c he could "do them better and faster". So why was she doing them in the first place?!? They looked atrocious afterwards--they used the wrong color white for the tips and the lines were squiggly instead of a straight arch.
In addition, I have been charged two different prices for the same service--once I was charged $55 for french gel, the second time $35. That's a pretty big price differential......

Horrible service. I went in to redeem my Yip Deal and was told that the technician was not good enough after I sat down and she started. Then why is she there working if he didnt think she was good enough! Perfect Nails up the street - much better! Plan on getting my $$$ back from Yip Deals - I would to if I you purchased the same SCAM.
