I’ve been having my nails done by Sarah for several years now. I simply love her. I go every 3 weeks to have my nails, eyebrows and pedicure. The polish never chips by my next appointment. So Sarah did a full set of nails with the dip and a pedicure on last Thursday. She was pleasant however... my pedicure was done poorly... 3 days after the pedicure was done... I couldn't believe it... I saw 5 toes missing polish... the polish just mysteriously chipped off my toes. I also noticed my big toes were trimmed crooked. The damn pedicure didn't even last a week. Okay so next my nails... so in 5 days... 3 nails chipped... mind you Sarah said the dip nails would last a month but yet the nail set didn't even last a week either. I wanted to give 0 stars. What a waste of my money that I have to work hard to get!!!!! I will never return here and I don't suggest anyone go here... well unless you prefer to waste money. Read Less

Just had a pedicure done by Lilly and it was one of the best I've ever had!  It was gentle when necessary, super thorough, and you get a paraffin dip with every service.  Plus, her massage was incredible!  (Might I add that I'm a massage therapist by profession?)  I upgraded to the $30 one which included a more intensive callus removal, which was needed. Such a bargain.  Overall, it's a nice, relaxing CLEAN space.  A great experience. Read Less

I absolutely love this nail salon. Linda usually does my nails and does an amazing job. She takes her time and makes sure your happy with the finished product. I have acrylics so I've been in every two weeks for the past year. It's  always a fun  and welcoming visit. Read Less

I had moved down to Richmond for the past year now and wanted to find a place for my nails for so long, and I finally found one! I had Linda and she was amazing. I kind of can't believe that this place has 4 stars after visiting it. People in Richmond must be hard up for nail salons, because this place was bad, I have to be honest. First off, I made an appointment. I got there just on time, and said "Hi, I'm here for a 2pm appointment," and the lady who I addressed simply confused AF. She gestured for me to sit down, so I did. When it's time for my appointment I went to sit down at the foot station. The lady put me in lukewarm water and straight up abandoned me. She went to the back for about 10 minutes. When she returned, she made the water hotter, and then a guy came in the shop, I suppose at the start of his shift? He went to the back, popped out two minutes later with a name tag on, and then I was his customer for the rest of this rickety-ass pedicure. Yet another woman, the owner, came over to paint my toes. I dare say the entire thing was orchestrated so that I had to tip erry mofo in there. One thing I have never even seen before, is that they used odd, individual toe separators. The separators, free to wiggle between my toes, totally jacked up one of my little toes and I didn't even notice until I got home.Next up, actual manicure times. Geez guys seriously, splurge for the normal tow separators.Up next is the actual manicure. The entire point of getting a manicure is for you to be able to have pretty, clean nails, and the nail tech did not make that happen. She sort of pushed back my cuticles, but didn't trim them for real, didn't get that nice clean cuticle I wanted. The gels themselves lasted for a pretty long time, but I had to clean the cuticles up when I got home. I'm no salon and spa expert, but that was meh. Read Less

This is a pretty cute little nail salon. A really nice girl named Sun did my nails and she took great care of me. On the inside it's quaint and I love the skylights. The bathroom is super clean and comfortable. I also really like when salons open up a new pack of tools for each person, and I noticed that they didn't do that here. I was very disappointed in my experience here. Went in to get my nails done and was a walk in appointment which was nice. I don't have strong nails and so I got acrylics. Unfortunately the lady who did them did them terribly! Did not get them all the way down to the cuticle. The pinky broke off very easily within two days of use! The gel nail polish they put on also flaked very easily off of the acrylics but not off of the part of my natural nails. Had to go to get the acrylics filled and the pinky replaced at another salon within 4 days of getting them done! Don't waste your money. Read Less

I was on a hunt to find a nail salon closer to my home that I would love & obviously find convenient. I think I found it! Nails Arts is a small & intimate location that provides excellent service. I walked in for a pedicure without a appointment & was taken care of right away by Anna. The staff is friendly & accommodating. I didn't see a service menu but  was informed that the pedicure services start @ $25. I then discovered that it includes an exfoliating scrub on feet & lower legs, lotion & oil massage, a paraffin treatment for your feet finished with a hot towel for your legs. I appreciate how sanitary they are here because that's really ALL that matters to me. If you want some pampering @ a steal deal price point...come here! Read Less

So I am new to Richmond and was looking for a place to have my spa days. Went to a place on cart first but came here cause they actually had PARKING. First off the place is bright and clean and has sunlights in the roof above the pedicure chairs. It was nice and peaceful in there. The massage chairs are awesome they massage your butt . As for the service Anna is amazing she gave me a spa pedicure and manicure complete with callus remover and parrafin wax. She waxed my face. I mean I just felt pampered and complete distressed when I left. For all the services including a shoulder rub during my manicure $85. Will definitely be back. Yay found my new. Nail salon. Read Less
