I kind of can't believe that this place has 4 stars after visiting it. People in Richmond must be hard up for nail salons, because this place was bad, I have to be honest. First off, I made an appointment. I got there just on time, and said "Hi, I'm here for a 2pm appointment," and the lady who I addressed simply confused AF. She gestured for me to sit down, so I did. The gels themselves lasted for a pretty long time, but I had to clean the cuticles up when I got home. I'm no salon and spa expert, but that was meh. Read Less
