Nail experts... That's a joke. I don't normally leave reviews, but I had to recommend others not to come to this place. They have one nail technician (an older lady) who obviously doesn't know what she's doing. She messed up my nails before, but I decided to give her another chance -- same result. When I asked her to fix them, she got an attitude & barely did so. Another technician had to fix them while also rushing to deal with other customers (it wasn't busy, they were just low staffed), did poorly & also had an attitude while doing so. If I'm paying for my nails, I expect them to be done to my satisfaction or at least somewhat acceptable. My nails were uneven and bumpy! I eventually just gave in because getting out of there was more important at this point. I'm local to the area, and I usually travel to get my nails done & will continue doing so. It's much more worth it when you're getting better quality & better customer service! They do alright at times, but they're extremely inconsistent. I've also seen the older lady mess up on people's eyebrows countless times (she did so the day I was in there) so I don't recommend waxing services from here also, not if she's doing it. I wanted to get my nails done on a Sunday and this establishment was close. An older gentleman did my nails and they looked bad. The polish was streaky and he didn't paint the whole nail. Needless to say, I won't return. Read Less

My pedicure  was AWESOME!! Very relaxing. I told him I didn't want gel and he did it anyway. Not too much of an issue but another young man did my nails and they look HORRIBLE. I have gel topcoat stuck all over my skin. My nails have bubbles and it's very uneven. Too bad I did not have time to get it taken off. It took so long. I finished at 2:00pn and had a 3:00 flight. So now I will have to get my nails redone this weekend. I must have been practice for this young guy but at the cost of a customer. Read Less

Horrible service! Went on Saturday for metallic gel nails. They rushed the job and two days later my thumb nail, which had a bubble, lifted and needed to be repaired. Went in at 2:45pm on the follwoing Monday and was told they would be right with me but I guess because I was no money, they took 5 people before me. Finally, after sitting for nearly 45 minutes, older gentleman comes back over, removes the polish from my nail and then tells me that nobody is there that can repair my nail and to come back the next day at 10am. I am sorry... I have a job! Very disappointed and will NEVER return nor will I send anyone of my friends or foes to this establishment! Read Less

First time here and I honestly can't say anything bad a bad it and im picky when it comes to my nails. I got my nails done exactly as i wanted them without having to direct the technician. I also got a pedicure from a younger guy who didn't do that good of job. However, babe got his pedicure done by a lady who did a really good job. Next time I decide to get a pedicure i will make sure she does it. Price was good for for the quality and service I received. Read Less

I just needed a fast manicure before I went to dinner and this place was perfect for that. The basic manicure only cost $15 and I couldn't have asked for better service. They took me right in and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend if you need a quick basic manicure. It only took about 30 minutes in and out. Read Less

I came here on the Friday before Easter, so you know a ton of places were packed and super busy. I yelped this place and called to see if they were busy and they said they weren't. When I went in, it looked packed but they were able to start on me right away! I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. Love it!! I live in LA so I'm glad I can go back looking fresh Read Less

Horrible customer service, super slow and I was the first customer...it really doesn't take an hour and 1/2 just to get a shellac manicure...On top of that, the older lady who works there was super rude. I came in for a basic fill-in. I was greeted with hello and pick a color, then waited for about 5 minutes and told to go seat number 6. My male  tech didn't greet me or speak. He smelled like he smoked an entire carton of cigarettes. He didn't say anything the entire time. My nail job was rushed and he did a horrible job and when I gave him my debit card to pay he snatched it out my hand. This isn't my first experience with them but  I would NEVER go here again.
