I have been to this nail salon for a pedicure a few times.  I will not be going back.  We made an appointment for 10:30 for 3, making sure they could accommodate us.  "Absolutely, we can do that." So we went.  There are only 4 chairs and two were occupied at 10:28.  They assured me they would be finished with the current client in two minutes.  I sat down assured (my friend and her daughter arrived 2 minutes later.  My pedicure was almost FINISHED before they started on my friend and her daughter.  Its 3 days later and my pedicure is awful.  It's streaky where two full coats weren't put on, I've had to file several of the nails that were left jagged and not smooth, my cuticles look terrible, and my feet are still rough in places.  They never massaged my legs, they used hot stone for less than a minute.  The whole pedicure lasted less than 20 minutes.  It was a waste of $25 and now I have to go get another one!  They need more staff or stop promising customers.  Being 20 minutes late for an appointment is ridiculous. I drove out here short on time. When I arrived the lady didn't understand what a UV gel fill was. Then she tries saying well let me start your feet, no ma'am I'm not going to do half my services here so you can make money to then have to go somewhere else for my nails. Received a wonderful pedicure today! They took their time and it felt amazing! It wasn't busy. The spa chairs seemed brand new. They gave us each a bottle of water. Prices were what i expected. $35 for a deluxe pedicure. Will definitely come here next time! Read Less

Found this place based on a friend's recommendation.  I got a shellac that lasted 3.5 weeks!!! It would've lasted longer, but they were purple and the contrast was too much with the new nail growing in.  Sign up for their email list, you can get special coupons during holidays and your birthday.  You can also do a shellac without "manicure", which still cuts nails, cuticles, and color for only $18!  The last place I went was in the Wellesley plaza, and their Shellac only lasted a week, and then started popping on the sides. It was decent. Two friends and I went. One got just a plain manicure, and was pretty happy. Another got a shellac/gelish and liked the color, but the work was sloppy - the guy didn't paint the sides of some of her nails! I got the "ultimate" pedicure. I was told my feet needed to soak for a few minutes before they started. They had a vibrating chair available (they have 5 or 6 chairs and 2 don't vibrate apparently) but put me in a non-vibrating/non-massage one. Then I sat there for almost 40 minutes with my feet in the water. The chair wasn't super comfy, and by then the water wasn't even warm. They were almost done with my friend's shellac manicure, so I was just going to get up and leave honestly. Then the girl started. It was nice and had extras like a tingly mud mask type thing, etc. The extras were nice, and they were running a 20% off special, so it wasn't a bad deal. I just wasn't really impressed. It seemed clean though, so that's a positive. I might have given it 3 stars had I at least been in a massage chair while I waited for forever! Read Less

I have only been to this nail salon once but I was not impressed. I asked for a gel French manicure, the owner took care of me, as I was the only customer in the shop. I don't think the cuticle scissors were autoclaved before she used them on me. I was also asked to wait for 10 minutes while she waxed a walk in customer's eyebrows (there was another employee present who could have done it). I was also told that I could not use my credit card to pay because the salon was charged for every card transaction. The owner explained that in order to keep a promotional price going she would only take cash or check. I had to go to another store and use their ATM. Two of my nails chipped within hours of the manicure and the gel polish was flaking and peeling within a couple days. Over all I was just very dissatisfied with the service and will not be returning. Today was my first time stopping by Best Nails and I enjoyed the amostphere very much. The shop is super clean and the service is great. If you care about cleaniness, reasonable price and wonderful service this is the place. The owner took her time to do my manicure and pedicure, she was very detailed, some shop lack of cleaniness such as sanitizing their tools and you can tell from the environment. Read Less
