Let’s see where do I start...
Have polish changed charges me $7 then the tech said I’ll put in $10, which was her tip.
Asked the girl to clean up around eyebrows since I don’t have but so much brow left due to someone just like her, I broke out with little bumps from my skin being irritated so make sure they are clean, and now if you put my brows together they are a replica of the Golden Arches at McDonald’s.
Oh, and let’s not forget to schedule appointments that aren’t kept.
No time for this! There nothing wrong with making money, but between Momma speaking at the top of her lungs for attention only wanting to make money not caring about any of us, the older lady at the front desk and poor customer service I would have to simply shake my head!

The only reason I gave this business 3 stars, is because they do good lashes and eyebrows. The nails are decent, but the service has been crappy over the course of YEARS. Even the hostess there to "greet you", is rude. They may even deserve 2.5 stars 🤷🏾♀️ .

Very rushed and rude staff. They pressured my wife into getting a design and when she showed them a picture he told her he couldn't do it but could do a heart. So when she told him that was fine he made a heart that was covered in clumps of nail polish and fell off an hour later. Not worth the $35. We had to go get it fixed elsewhere.

I feel bad I have to even give it one star. I went in to get my toenails painted. All my nails ended up being different lengths and they were kind of rugged and not well filed down. They were left awkwardly shaped (too square) and resulted in ingrown toenails. There was way too much nail-polish applied to the nail and the nail polished ended up in my nail bed. I asked them to fix it and an older lady yelled at the girl who did my nails. She gave me a stern look as well. The only good part about my visit was the wax that I got. The lady was friendly and efficient. Overall I do not plan to ever come back again.

When I asked gor a refund the manager said she cant do that. Which i know she can she just didnt want to.

The worst experience ever!!!! Ladies don't come here. They rush you the entire time you are there. I went in to get a manicure. Picked 3 colors and none of them were the color I picked. My cuticles were bleeding and sore when I left. I left with a color I didn't pick because I needed to get out! All I got when I paid was sorry you are not happy but you need to pay. NEVER COMING BACK AND PLEASE DON'T PATRONIZE SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!

I will not return. I haven't even left the salon yet and so disappointed. One there was a dog in the salon, no issue with the dog being there whatsoever. My issue, some old lady kept yelling for the dog to sit/lay...he was sitting.... and smacking it with a paper. Now to my service. I came in to get a pedicure and it was the most rushed, guided pedicure I've ever gotten. There is no reason for me to have to ASK for my nails to buffed, filed and shaped. That's A PART of the service. Don't go here. Take your money to a place where they care about the quality of their work.

I normally don't get manicures but I wanted to treat myself due to having a special event coming up. The experience of the place was not relaxing and felt rushed.
Manicure was poorly done had to get the women to fix 4 nails due to the sides of my nails still showing. Her attitude on fixing her mistake was unprofessional. My manicure was chipping in less than 12 hours.
Pedicure was not much better. Still lots of dead skin on my feet. Had to my own foot file the next morning to get the dead skin off.
Will not go here again.

I spent $90 and a $20 tip there for mood polish gel and a pedicure and the nail polish started coming off the top layer. I went back and about 4 women crowded around me speaking Vietnamese saying it would do that in 11 days. First they said I had to pay another $17 dollars then suddenly it was $27 dollars. All I wanted was for them to put the top layer of Polish on again. I left angry and upset and said I was never coming back. Don't go there. Rude rude rude rude rude.

Have polish changed charges me $7 then the tech said I’ll put in $10, which was her tip.
Asked the girl to clean up around eyebrows since I don’t have but so much brow left due to someone just like her, I broke out with little bumps from my skin being irritated so make sure they are clean, and now if you put my brows together they are a replica of the Golden Arches at McDonald’s.

Very rushed and rude staff. They pressured my wife into getting a design and when she showed them a picture he told her he couldn't do it but could do a heart. I feel bad I have to even give it one star. I went in to get my toenails painted. All my nails ended up being different lengths and they were kind of rugged and not well filed down. I normally don't get manicures but I wanted to treat myself due to having a special event coming up. The experience of the place was not relaxing and felt rushed.
Manicure was poorly done had to get the women to fix 4 nails due to the sides of my nails still showing. Her attitude on fixing her mistake was unprofessional. My manicure was chipping in less than 12 hours.
Pedicure was not much better. Still lots of dead skin on my feet. Had to my own foot file the next morning to get the dead skin off.
Will not go here again.
