EXTREMELY OVER PRICED! stopped by because it's walking distance & i always drive by so thought I'd give it a chance.  $15 to clean up my eyebrows..i waste plenty of money but this was ridiculous.  It's clear they inflated costs because of the area..i paid $67 for gel fill, cut down, 1 repair & eyebrows I'm mad i tipped the young fella a few bucks because tip should've been included.  They gave a glass of champagne i clearly paid for that they should've offered another when i finished to help me ignore the over charge.. stopping back in to get price list because it haunted me all evening into the next day that i was beat over the head..KEEP DRIVING 5 mins & you'll find a salon with normal pricing what a shame! LOVE this salon! They pamper you with drinks, snacks and a neck rub.  The facility is very classy and clean and the staff is so sweet and friendly. I usually end up getting an extra 10 or 20 minute back massage to treat myself. This is definitely a step above! Read Less

I have gone to both locations and agree that this place is over priced for the service however what disappoints me the most is the inconsistency on service.  Like sometimes you get offered a beverage and sometimes you have to ask.  The receptions should greet and communicate instead of just say pick a color.  I've had a facial and was almost blinded when she allows the lotions and sprays get into my eyes.  Got eyebrows done and she dripped tones of baby oil in the corner of my eye.  It was so cloudy could not drive for 25 minutes.  Receptionist shoes little care and just stared at me.  The nail tech got me a paper towel.  No one said sorry, r you ok.  They took way to long on a fill, 2 hours.  She kept looking at her phone over and over adding to my time.  I like the ambiance but staff inconsistent. Extremely over priced-- and I just moved here from Orange County, California so that is saying something! Melaidys was my nail technician today. While she was cleaning my cuticles she cut me pretty bad and I was bleeding heavily (on both my big toe and middle finger nail) When it was time to pay I told them that I was cut and felt I shouldn't have to pay full price because it was a painful experience. The front desk woman seemed confused that I would ask for that and said they do not do that. I told her I am very unhappy with my service and want to talk to a manager. She called someone on the phone who then told me that they can only do $10 dollars off. Gee thanks. Their services are so expensive it really didn't make a difference. Melissa is my girl!!!! She is super sweet and so amazing at what she does. I was quite surprised at how attentive she was during the massage portion of my pedicure.  She spent extra time on areas she could feel tension in. Other places I've been just give me a generic massage that's half assed but Melissa gave me hands down the best massage I have ever had during a pedicure.I never get my nails done so im a total wreck when it comes to telling the technicians what i want. She was super informative about the different services they offer and told me everything I need to know about shellac. She even helped me pick the perfect color for my job ( I have to have neon colors). It wasn't painful at all. She was very gentle and precise with the entire thing. My nails look great. This location, next to the Wegmans, has been open since February 2017. Elsa did my nails and she did an amazing job.  I've had my nails done at the Escape on Three Chopt and they've always been fine, but this one was perfection.  Did a few extra steps than the other Escape did, which surprised me, but my dipping powder nails came out looking absolutely perfect.  She was also very aware of my time limit, which she kept checking (I was on my lunch break) and she had me out in less than an hour.  The space is new, clean and gorgeous.  I'll be back for sure! Just had a great experience here. A great pedicure and massage with scrub and mask. And a neck and back massage to boot. The offer a wide array of services and price ranges it's a shame their website doesn't show them. Absolutely the most luxurious pedicure I have ever experienced!!  Nicole and Daniel provided a relaxing and wonderful foot and leg massage.  My daughter and I sipped wine and snacked on crackers, cheese and fruit while enjoying a lovely chair massage.  This went on for a full hour - it was hard to get up and not nap the rest of the day!  Facilities are beautiful, staff is friendly and professional.  My toes and feet look ready for the world.  Definitely recommend this location if you want to feel pampered! First time in this recently open Escape Nails and Day Spa and I have just to say that the place is amazing. I was a walk in today and was received by the owner. He was very welcoming and friendly all going in synchronized with the salon. He gave me the menu for the different type of services and did a brief explanation of them. The service was done by Krystal and she did an outstanding job.  I choose the spa Organic Manicure/Pedicure - Calming Lavender Geranium and it included 30 min massage of neck, arms and back. Completely worth the money and the time! It was more of what I was expecting. The mani/pedi was one of the best as well. The salon is divided  in different areas and they have as well a VIP room and a First class room! Can't wait to try those. I was explained by the owner that the VIP is more quiet and beautiful (Krystal gave me a tour), and in this one they do the pedi there. The First class room they do both mani and pedi there and you can choose what music to hear. So if you want to get away from the crowd this is the place to be (but remember it will cost a little more, again I bet is worth it). They do offer skin care treatments, massage, threading and waxing all in private rooms and very well decorated. The bathrooms as well are beautiful and clean!! I got a milk and honey pedicure, and my technician, Michael, was exceptional and very sweet. The massage was definitely the best I've gotten so far. I took my mother and a friend here today for a manicure. We paid on advance, were seated and waited 20 minutes with no one ahead of us and received no service. Finally someone offered us drinks and one person came over to start one manicure. There was literally no one else getting a manicure at this time. In the mean time I called the other location which had a 2 minute wait for 3 people. I asked for a refund and left.Read Less

Just returned from my first visit... Salon is great! Prices are unheard of in Chicago. $35 for a No Chip Manicure! I used to wait to get my nails done in the suburbs. Not anymore! This place will definitely get my business!! Go check them out! Well worth it! Read Less
