If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My experience there was not pleasant. I would not recommend getting a bikini wax there and to just go to Bombshell in shortpump or Carytown instead. Not worth my money, and definitely not worth my time. My appointment was also moved the day of, which was probably the least upsetting/annoying thing about my experience.

Dare I say .... I have never had a manicure so my friend gave me a gift cert for Christmas and we had a girls day with manicures! OMG! You walk into this place and I could live in the first part of the store. You can shop for jewelry , vests, scarfes, kitchenware and candles and paintings. It is so darn cute and I loved it already. I had my appointment with Carylann (I recommend you book with her). I told her I have never gotten a manicure and she and I talked about the color I wanted and we picked a Essie Mademoiselle color. It was gorgeous . My nails look so polished and clean. She gives you a hand massage and the girls talk to you and I had wine and it feels like a lovely girls afternoon out. I had so much fun.... I am going back in a month!!!!!

I love having my nails done at this friendly salon! After the manicure, it's fu. To some shopping in the boutique. Such a wonderful Derrick feminine place to be papmped.

Absolutely the worst manicure I've ever gotten. Two of my nails broke within a day of getting the manicure, the finish flaked off, and in total four nails have been broken without me doing anything to strain the nail. Would not recommend and definitely will never return. Not worth it at all.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My experience there was not pleasant. I would not recommend getting a bikini wax there and to just go to Bombshell in shortpump or Carytown instead. Not worth my money, and definitely not worth my time. My appointment was also moved the day of, which was probably the least upsetting/annoying thing about my experience.

Dare I say .... I have never had a manicure so my friend gave me a gift cert for Christmas and we had a girls day with manicures! OMG! Absolutely the worst manicure I've ever gotten. Two of my nails broke within a day of getting the manicure, the finish flaked off, and in total four nails have been broken without me doing anything to strain the nail. Would not recommend and definitely will never return. Not worth it at all.
