First time there and will be my last time there. My heels still feel alittle rough, I asked for dots to be in my design and she told me no because all she did was put a bunch of lines as my design. Then she had polish on my toes and I had to ask her to clean it up better, she did alittle and told me I had to clean the rest myself. NEVER going to the nail shop in walmart in Hampton again. Horrible experience. Zero stars if possible. Was charged an extra $15 more than the price I was quoted over the phone and they did a terrible job painting my nails, rushing through it. I was trying to tell the guy the shape I wanted, in the process of me telling him he told me he knew what I wanted ! Like how do he know, it was the first time he was doing them for me. Then when he was done my fill was HORRIBLE! The top of my nail was thin and the bottom was thick, my color was bubbling and when I showed him he was looking like he didnt see it ! I went in Friday and got my eyelashes done. When she was finished my eyes were burning so when I got home later the evening my eye began to swell up. The next morning My eye is almost completely shut so I Went to the emergency room and was told I have chemical conjunctivitis. I believe the tools used weren't properly sanitized and she also sneezed but did not wash her hands before continuing to do my eyelashes. Read Less

I went to get my nails done today while my dad was shopping. My step mom joined me. Her service was a bit better than mine. I tell the man I was acrylic. He keeps insisting on gel even after I told him no multiple times, HE STILL DID THEM! Then he didn't sanitize any tools. He didn't cut my nails down properly or evenly. He glued on the tips and two broke and he applied the gel over them! I told him they were too long and needed trimmed down. HE ACTUALLY DROPPED MY HAND AND STARTED TALKING TO ANOTHER WOMAN! He seriously cut my skin to the point I bleed and it gushed everywhere. He wouldn't even let me wash my hand off! I asked him to round my nails off and do a French tip. My nails are not rounded. They are not even. My step mom went back to complain, with pictures of my nails and the man denied it happened until my step mom showed the woman. They said they would fix it for 10 dollars. I really like this nail salon. It is very spacious which gives me enough room to maneuver my power chair around. The staff is very helpful and friendly. And this location is key because since it is located inside if Walmart it is a one shop drop. THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING THAT I HAVE TO SAY IS THAT THE NAIL TECH THAT WAS DOING MY FILL HAD TO CONTINUE TO GET UP AND DO EYEBROWS & ANSWER THE PHONE. I was in Walmart last night (12/26) and decided to get my nails done because I saw a sign saying $14.95 for a set of nails. I thought it was pretty cheap for a set so decided to try them out for the first time, and oh my wasn't it a MISTAKE!!! The lady that done my nails had them all different sizes, cut different, and all my nails were off shaded. Oh and not to mention after she was done I ended up paying $30 NOT $14.95 so I mentioned that too her and she said that's not for a full set that's for just color and cut..... WHAT?? They had false advertisement as well!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A PLACE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEIR DOING!!! This place sucks!!!
