I've been coming here for over 10 years now... started back when their shop was across the street next to Dollar General! Love the staff and especially Thao! She's awesome! And everyone is always friendly and willing to help!!

The worst nail salon, I’ve been calling this salon for a week to get in the shop to get my nails done and they don’t do appointments! Then to kick that off I walk in for a nail tech to tell me come ba...
The worst nail salon, I’ve been calling this salon for a week to get in the shop to get my nails done and they don’t do appointments! Then to kick that off I walk in for a nail tech to tell me come back in an hour, come back in an hour for him to tell me that I have to wait another 40 minutes! Does nails okay but customer service sucks! No type of concern for loyal customers, I could’ve went somewhere else a week ago but I didn’t to remain loyal to my nail tech but they just lost a couple customers! I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone and I would rate it a ZERO star!

The lady that did my nails burned me with the power file. Also with the hardest hand file she cut the side of my pinkie finger...

Was not open when I went by today (Monday) at 6 p.m.
Does not do hologram or chrome polish.
Does not have glow in the dark or colored acrylic.

My gel polish began chipping within 3 days, and my toenail polish cracked in 2 days... they usually do a good job though. Ill probably go back.

Been going to PN Nails since 2009, place is very clean and the employees are very nice. Never had any problems, I moved from Hampton and travel 1hr to get my nails at PN because of how they are. Even had the ladies of my wedding party get mani n pedis and they loved it just make sure you make reservations with Mai to be able to accommodate everyone. Thank you for your service you are appreciated!

Very displeased with service. I have been visiting this salon for approximately 5 months now. I have never had an issue with the fact that many techs are beginners. I have natural nails with an overlay. Since going to this salon I have had each nail's original overlay removed and reapplied by PN salon. During my last visit the managers son did my nails and 5 out of 10 nails are chipped and it's not even time for a fill. The problem is, that the manager is trying to charge me for the repairs. Like seriously, I didn't mind being in the shop for 2 hours or allowing myself to be a lab rat with the inexperienced Tech, however, the fact that I would have to pay for their mistakes is unacceptable. This place has lost the business of My 3 sisters, 2 coworkers and myself!

The service is bad ... Really bad. I went in with a friend who recommended it for the $10 manicures. The manicure was okay I guess, can't really complain for $10. But the really upsetting thing is tha...
The service is bad ... Really bad. I went in with a friend who recommended it for the $10 manicures. The manicure was okay I guess, can't really complain for $10. But the really upsetting thing is that I also decided to get my eyebrows done... I really shouldn't have (because I'm extremely particular) but I digress ... So I get on the waxing table and the lady says "close your eyes" and after a few moments I noticed nothing was happening I opened my eyes and she then snapped at me "I said close your eyes!" Oh ok that's fine ... Then I proceed to try to tell her what kind of shape I wanted and I was cut off. Needless to say they looked really bad. And of course she was less than apologetic. So disappointed I go to get my nails done and she was still pretty rude...but what ever I'm sure they won't care about not having my $20 worth of business every week and I'm sure they won't stop being rude but they will never see me again!!!

The worst nail salon, I’ve been calling this salon for a week to get in the shop to get my nails done and they don’t do appointments!
