Despite fairly unappealing outside of the shop, the service was fantastic. Courteous and professional service. I'm 8.5 months pregnant, and I felt totally taken care of. The techs were conversational enough to be friendly but not too much to be annoying (just saying, as an introvert). Honestly, this was not one of our top choices for the pedicure, but due to a series of events, we found ourselves here, and I'm glad. This is the type of small business I hope the community will wrap their arms around to help succeed. Even the inside does not have the most luxurious features, but the quality of the work and demeanor of the employees more than makes up for it. This was the worst place ever. My advice keep driving to a nail shop worth your time and money. I went in to get a gel polish change at 8 pm. By 3:30pm the next day most of the polish had peeled off! Don't waste your time or money! Go to a real nail salon. Read Less

If I could give this place a zero I would..Came in with my spouse for partner mani/pedii's. I was seated and water ran, my wife was also seated. We politely asked the lady who began to run my water to also run my wifes water as well. I assumed she didn't hear us and asked again. She proceeded to say my wifes pedicurist would run it. I asked again and she obliged. Mistake number 1, being ignored and needs not met..simple right? Well, my pedicurist was rough and rushed..towards the end of my peddi I asked her for a little bit of extra loving care, she clipped me, twice...so of course I jumped, she was rude and quit my peddi...because YOU hurt ME?? LOL, ok. Never has anyone quit my pedicure because you hate your job or don't like being critiqued. Not all feet are the same. ..my wifes water was running cold and of course asking for hot water was too much! She also has gel nails, asking to begin the removal process before she started my peddi was an issue as well..here for 30-45 minutes and mistreated to the utmost..and for what? Mistakes 2-50. This place should be shut down, but of course, as long as there is consumerism, they will thrive. The fact that the majority of reviews state all is well with Kim and Kim only says alot..good luck! I've been going to Nail Love for 12-15 years. I always have Kim do my Pedicures, I have issues (past surgeries-very sensitive) so she's ALWAYS gentle!! She doesn't speak English very much...but Lisa or Philip can translate IF needed. I've never had any issues...if I have to wait for Kim...it's worth it. Only complaint I'd have is the smell .... it gets to me sometimes. Maybe leave front & back open if it's nice out. Read Less

This was the worst experience I ever had at a nail salon. Me and my friend went to get a fill and a design and every one of my nails is a different shape and different length. When I tried to explain that to the lady that was doing my nails she didn't understand enough English to understand what I was saying.  Then when she asked me to pick out a color I pointed to one color and said I like that then she picks up the color and rushes back to her seat and says you come now I told her I wasn't finished picking out my design and she huffed and puffed.  Then I showed her the design and she says we don't have that I can't do that. Then she says you just sit and was putting some random color on my fingers that I didn't even pick up!  I don't understand why they were rushing me and my friend when they weren't even busy! They suck, don't go there ever!!! And they were just so rude, didn't even say thank you when we were done. They acted as if they didn't care whether we got our nails done there or not. Read Less

I am new to the area and have been looking for a decent salon to get gel nails. I go ~ every 2 weeks and have yet to find somewhere I'll return. The salon is filthy. The pedicure chairs are disgusting; cracked, dirty, discolored. The nail tech tables are horrible as well, they appear to not have been cleaned in years. I had gel polish that needed removed. The woman used a drill, then put my hand in a glass container that crumbled my hand up and wasn't meant to soak nails? The ridges where the lid should be was cutting into my hand. The woman then started scrapping the remaining nail polish off, WITH HER FINGERNAIL. She was cutting into my nail beds. She then stuck my hand into the tea tree dish again. She started painting my nails and the polish from my last manicure was still on there. I told her I wasn't happy with that and she asked me to pick a darker color. Highly unprofessional. Woman was laying across the chairs for customers, sleeping. Aside from her rushing through, the woman did what she wanted on my nail after I constantly told her that I disliked them. My nail bed has residue all over them that has not come off yet. The shape is extremely uneven on the sides and top. There's lumps in the acrylic. She also charged me more than the agreed price. Overall a bad experience which is unfortunate. Read Less

It used to look old but now they updated the inside and got more technologies for the nails. The workers are gentle with my hands and done a great job with the manicure, leaving my nails very clean after.Read Less

We came in late as a walk in. A group of 4 needing manicures and pedicures. They were very nice and did a job well done. They quickly sat us down and started to work. We were very pleased and plan to come back. The prices are reasonable as well. Read Less

When I walked into the salon I was immediately welcomed and helped. All I needed was a quick color change and the woman doing my nails went above that filing, buffing, and massaging my feet with oil. I love the color and the paint job was real quality. Read Less

Horrible experience!! Went in with one other person to get a fill and pedi. My friend wanted a full set and pedi. During my HORRIBLE fill, a group of 6 ladies walked in and saw that they were busy so my nail tech got up and chased the group down the sidewalk, leaving me half done. He then proceeded to finish my entire fill in under 5 minutes. When I complained I had to wait another 20+ minutes before it was corrected, if you want to call it that. Then, once my color was on, he made very rude comments about my complaint to the entire shop. Definitely will NEVER return!Read Less
