I came here as a walk in and was taken immediately. The tech did a great job with my nails, gave me almost everything I had wanted (they’re still shiny despite asking for matte but I can live). The service, however, is why I only gave 2 stars. The tech didn’t say much to me and ignored a question I asked... twice. I thought he didn’t hear me the first time. There was a girl sitting next to him that was madly tapping on her phone and it was just very weird. I didn’t know if she worked there, was the spouse of the tech, or what. It was a little uncomfortable. The tech also got upset when his hand touched my wet nail and he got polish on his hand.... and he rolled his eyes at me. I felt the need to apologize.... I shouldn’t have had to. There were other techs that were yelling, laughing, and swearing so loudly and it was so unprofessional. Another tech seemed to have what looked like a tampon up her nose, laughing loudly. It’s nice to have fun at work, but in all the years I worked customer service, never did I take it to such an inappropriate or obnoxious level. I've been here once before. My services have been fine. I get a French tip full set. However the woman who did my nails (not sure of her name but she sits right in front of the sink on the right side of the set of stations) was rude. I told her I wanted square and short but not too short. She was like well that's medium I was like ok medium then. She continues on to do them and then once she does the acrylic starts to file. I tell her they're too long and I thought they'd be shorter. She cops an attitude and tells me I have "fat" fingers so the nail needs to be longer so it looks proportional. First off I always have my nails short because I work with kids. And never have I had an issue getting them filed down a bit more because they were too long. She charged me for a $3 cut down to file them down only a little bit more. They nickel and dime you to death and I don't appreciate it. Read Less

Loved it! My nails are popping and amazing!! It was a little shabby and dingy inside but that didn't matter at all!! The woman even asked if I wanted another polish coat, I loved it honestly. I will return and soon! I did notice that she didn't rub acetone on my finished nails but instead just cuticle oil! Also when she removed my old previous gel polish it didn't hurt!!!! The first time I went to miracle nails I really enjoyed my experience.  My second visit wasn't as awesome as the first time around.  I was rushed to the pedicure chair before I even had looked at colors then had to go back and pick one out.  I went to get a gel manicure and a pedicure.  I was able to choose which pedicure I wanted but they didn't ask which manicure I wanted, they just did what they wanted.  The person who was doing my nails didn't understand what I was saying so I couldn't really communicate that well either.  One thing that I saw that will make me never go back here again is, while sitting soaking my toes I saw a lady getting her eyebrows waxed across the shop.  The technician double dipped the spatula the entire time! Just left this place and asked for coffin nails. I'm pretty sure these are just square. Whatever I've worn square nails before. What I can't stand is treating customers as if they aren't important. The young woman sitting next to me wanted an overlay and kept telling her she had to pay a full set price. Then according to their special, with 2 services you could get $5 off. Well they insisted that one of the services had to be a full set (how convenient) and she pointed out that it wasn't expressed on the menu like that. She asked to speak with the manager and the man doing my nails said WHY WHY WHY WHY over and over until a fluent English speaking employee came over. After that another employee came to the table and said he was the manager and told her it had to be a full set to be applied. Look, don't let the matching uniforms fool you. Awesome atmosphere but service was extremely lacking. The main guy who runs the shop repeatedly commented on how much dead skin I had on my feet as he mentioned "It's snowing." I called about 30 mins before they closed and the lady that answered told me to come in and that she would wait for me. I got there about 20 mins before closing and she immediately started on my nails. She did a great job. She asked someone else, who was leaving for the evening if she would do my pedicure. The look on the lady's face was as if someone had slapped her. But she agreed but the lady doing my nails told here she would get someone else to do it and to go ahead and leave. She got a guy who looked no more than 17 to do my pedicure. He did a great job getting all of the dead skin off, as I have not had a pedicure in over 6 months. I had a corn on my baby toe that he didn't do anything with. I'm used to my normal nail salon taking extra time on my baby toe and having the corn gone after 2 or 3 visits but its still there looking the same way it did before I went in, which is why I can't give them 5 stars. I didn't even notice that he didn't touch it because I was distracted on an important call while he did my feet. When he finished my pedicure, the the lady who did my nails asked me if I wanted my eyebrows done, even though everyone else was gone. She did a good job on my eyebrows like she did my nails but I can't understand how I paid $97 and I still have this godforsaken corn on my toe. The atmosphere was relaxing and the place was very clean and fresh smelling. But the ATM inside said the fee was $1 but I was charged that $1 and an additional $3 when I looked at my bank statement. I chose this salon as it was close to my job. There was no line & service was quick and professional. The salon was clean and aesthetically pleasing. My poor rating reflects the quality of the work. I received a gel/acrylic fill. My nails are medium in length. I used a single color of polish. On day 2 after service, my nails began to chip causing my natural nail to break as well. The technician, in his technique, did not apply the acrylic fill to my entire nail. There was a distinct difference on my nail bed that showed how the tips of my nails were extremely thin, barely having any acrylic on them. This is my first week since service and I am at my regular nail salon hoping that I can repair and salvage my real nails. I am very disappointed with the quality of the service. DON'T COME HERE!! This place looks nice but don't be fooled. That staff is clueless and inexperienced. I was there 4 hours for a gel manicure and a pedicure. I was sitting in the pedicure water for 30 mins waiting. The nail tech took forever to complete my pedicure and rounded my toenails (did not ask) and then I left without my gel nails bc he literally started over 5 times and clearly didn't know what he was doing. The nail polish was bubbling and gross. The application of the gel was horrible. Honestly this place is the worst. The first time my boyfriend and I came here we waited for almost an hour to be serviced. They were pretty busy so I left it alone. Today my pedicure got started (and it sucked) and my technician literally left me with paragon wax on my skin to service someone else and said nothing.  Didn't say a damn thing to me. "Buyer beware".  This was the first time I had been to this salon andthe overall appeal was nice, but a little sterile.   I did not get anything done myself although I was there to treat my younger cousin.  She went in for the classic nails manicure after taking off her acrylic nails, but was charged for the spa and only had a clear coat nail polish.  As I sat waiting for her to finish her manucure every person in the salon asked and badgered me to get my nails done.  This was way too much and iverkill for a slow Tuesday afternoon. WORSE PEDICURE EXPERIENCE EVER! My toes were bleeding when my pedicure was in session from the technician being so rough! The technicians in the salon knew she was hurting me and they all laughed and kept talking in their foreign language about me! The pedicure lasted MAYBE 20 minutes. Everything was rushed. Looking at the previous reviews, I wish I had looked this salon up before agreeing to patronize this place 2 weeks ago, as I can relate to just about every bad experience here. I came here on a whim for a simple gel manicure as a suggestion from my sister, since it's less than a mile away from where we live. Overall, I will definitely NOT be coming back to this place for several reasons:1. As a paying customer and someone who works in an industry servicing high-paying clients, I expect to walk into such an establishment with some type of greeting. Instead, just about every employee simply stared at us until someone finally walked up to us asking "what do you want" as if we were impeding on a booming business full of clients. Mind you the place was nearly empty (in hindsight, for good reason I see). Had it not been for the fact that my sister was with me, I would've walked out and taken my business elsewhere at that point.2. The only service I stated I wanted was a gel manicure. Instead of readily seating me, the idle employees started to argue in Vietnamese about who would take me. I was seated once by a guy whom I thought would be doing my nails, until an older woman argued with him (in Vietnamese) and he proceeded to apologize and directed me to sit at another station where the same angry woman proceeded to do my nails. 3. The cleanliness and practices of the place is not up to par with what should be standard in a nail salon. The nail salons I frequent always use tools on hand that have come from a sterilization "oven", sterilization solution, or fresh out of the bag. The tools my technician used at this location looked as if they had been previously used and not cleaned. The technician hardly spoke any English, but when I cut her a look when she pulled out the cuticle nipper from some nook in her station that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, she quickly put it away and retrieved another one. I doubt they were as sterile as they should've been, and was hoping the entire time that I would not get cut and catch some type of infection or worse.4. My technician was TERRIBLE.  There were several things wrong with the work she did.   A) First off, I have no idea why she argued to have me as a client, then proceeded to seem rushed and very unfriendly throughout the entire process.   B) instead of soaking my existing gel manicure off, she proceeded to drill it off right away. I heard this is a no no from another nail tech, as you run the risk of severely stripping and damaging the nail bed.   C) she did not follow directions. I asked for my nails to be rounded, just as they were when I came in. Instead she cut them (very low mind you) and shaped them square. My nails grow very fast which was no biggie, but for a process as simple as a gel manicure on natural nails, I felt like she could've at least shaped the nails as I'd requested twice.   D) Way too rough! Instead of softening my cuticles with your typical softening solution then sticking them in water, my nail tech simply used water, then sprayed with more water when removing my hands from the bowl of water. Very strange I thought. THEN she used the buffer to try to rid my fingers of the excess cuticle after using the cuticle nippers. This process she repeated multiple times as if I had the hardest cuticles known to man (mind you, I get my nails done just about every 2 weeks, so my nails and cuticles stay well groomed). I flinched and exclaimed 'ouch' several times as she continuously scraped my skin with the coarse buffing block, and all she would do is resume a little more gently and continue to get rough again. The end result was ragged and irritated cuticles, which I promptly applied Neosporin to and prayed I wouldn't catch an infection from the questionable cleanliness of the buffer.Overall, the ONLY positive thing I have to say about my entire experience is that my eyebrow waxing was done correctly. With that being said, they were also more irritated than usual, which I'm pretty sure is due to the lack of cleanliness practices of the place. I definitely would NOT return to this establishment again. I hardly write reviews, but my experience here was so terrible that I've now spent almost an hour typing about it. If anyone is thinking about going here, I would just say no and seek out one of the multiple better establishments in this area.... Read Less

At first, I was excited because I was greeted and seated right away. But then, I got really uncomfortable. The lady who did my nails was very nice but very pushy. She kept asking me over and over if I wanted this or that. I didn't understand but I told her that I didn't want, whatever it was, on my hands. But she still did it anyways and charged me for it. All I wanted was a regular manicure and pedicure, no fake nails, nothing fancy. I expected to pay around $30-40 for both. I ended up paying $60 for things I didn't even want. I was there way longer than expected. It was just a horrible experience. When I got in my car, my legs were irritated from all the scrubs and chemicals she put on them. Thankfully it went away. "Tom, the nail Dr." is right! Thank god for Tom. I had a hideous set done a couple weeks ago at a nail place that I will never go to again. My nail beds are tiny and the job was over sized, humps and just awful. My friend said "go see Tom" I did.. and I am so grateful. I showed the young lady who seemed like she did not want to work from the very beginning a picture of what I wanted thinking I was being helpful. She took a quick glance, said ok and told me it'd cost $25 even though full sets are 19.99. I asked why 25 and she responded "it's $25". And that would of been fine had she done what I asked, but not only did she not do what I asked but she seemed upset and rushed (didn't even push the cuticle back) while doing the below average work. Won't be returning. I will say there was a kind older woman and gentleman who had very happy clients in there though so maybe I just got the wrong technician. Also, their chairs are really old and you have to dry your nails with the tiny fan that takes forever! No UV dryer except for Gel/shellac. Read Less

I got a pedicure. The chair was comfy, the message settings were nice. They did an excellent job painting my toes and even did some deluxe pedicure things for free. Good experience, I would come back if I didn't live 3 hours away! I certainly recommend it. It's also right next door to Panera so it would be ideal for a girls date! Read Less

Despite the bad reviews before this one, I had a pleasant experience. I was pressed for time I went in at 10:06 and was out by 10:55 no lie. They had two people work on me at the same time which I usually don't like but they got the job done. I got a fill in with gel polish and a pedicure with designs. They did have their own side conversation but they did make me feel good getting my nails done and still made convo with me. I will update in a week or two to see how long the service lasted. But I will probably come back I'm still trying out salons in the Hampton area.  I didn't give 5 stars because it wasn't perfect to me, the nail drill got me a few times, but very close & good service.
